but anyway i might have a new job as a mechanic sometime soon. It's actually an apprenticeship but yeah. ;)
 
Ooo nice :) 1 day A week release to college and the rest in the garage? A little tip for you if you do get it. Watch EVERYTHING and dont keep your hands in your pockets and doodle. I hate then when the apprentices do it. And try not to constantly ask if you can do this and that. Need any tips just ask ;)
 
Yeah i think it is. Don't worry i know how to behave on work site. But yeah one day i want to build up my own ride you know. Cheers for tips anyway :)

james race 5 i have 12 points not 2. which takes me from 35 up to 45

i finished 3rd not 9th
 
Congrats McGlone, I would love to be a mechanic myself, my best achievement to date is to change an entire gearbox, flywheel, and clutch on my own, with no previous experience :) Hope it works out for you mate, as I there is no greater feeling or satisfaction than knowing that you have the ability to fix something should it go wrong :D

Kidding me? It annoys me that I know how to fix cars.. I hate em!! lol

When I say I'll give you tips I don't mean how to act, I mean general knowledge in A garage with different cars and tips on different cars. Stuff you're not keen on asking the guys in the garage, just ask! I was that boy once and so were they! No point being confused and not knowing. Sure they'll mock you but you just need to get on it with it ;)

Just had the Bee Emm out A little run dropping my brother off in Glasgow, forgot how good that thing is at overtaking on 60mph single carriage ways.. WOW!

I checked the replay and you indeed finished 9th.
You mean Heat 1 at Monaco, right??
 
Ok. Thats actually Nurburgring GP/F Results. Only the table headers are wrong (my bad :)).
It should be rounds 9 and 10, Race 5. So standings are fine.

I'll try and do the last race results now so we know how we are in the standings before the race tomorrow.

EDIT: BTW should a driver that disconected receive points?? Moleman disconected on race 2 at Cape Ring. Only 9 drivers finished so should he receive points for 10 place??

Hi guy bit of a problem, the brown stuff has hit the fan at work and I'm gonna be here late, won't be able to make the race. Can someone else host?
 
sure someone else can host. I just don't have the connection to host a lobby. Need's to be sorted soon though case there is any confusion.
 
I'll host the room guys, I'll get it up at 8 as usual...
I'm sure Kamy will collect the results anyway :)

Ok need the replay of race 2.
What you need to do is copy it to an USB Pen drive and upload it to a hosting site like megaupload.
I've messaged Knight and Mole on PSN and both offered to help. But I only need 1 replay so no need for both to upload.

Of to some FIFA. Will do the results tomorrow.
 
Why you need the replay for? The chaos at turn one maybe?

As for the race not to bad. I know that a few things went on, First race went pretty well. Sorry for mole on the first corner i didn't know where you was. And the was another time where you scared the s*** out of me because i looked behind saw you, then took a second look then sudden your in front.
Second race went very well a 3 way battle for a number of laps. Very close indeed. I saw that kick went into pits then it was just a battle between me and mole. I was just wondering when you was going to pit and soon as you did. I was just gunning it around the track to get to the pits just like F1 style. Amazing it worked and the 3 way battle went on then mole passed, i lost a bit of time then i tired going round the first corner a little to fast which it put me into a spin and i got minor damage from it. Soon as i saw that i knew a win was impossible so i just wanted to keep 3rd. I was fearing that jimmy would catch but thankfully he didn't.
2nd and 3rd not to bad.

Watched some replay and 6 cars had damage by lap 3 :o! What happen back there?

Good night for me - was using the same setup I had at Cape Ring as I had no time to practice with the car - so Kamy PM'd me his setup and I immediately went ~1.5 seconds faster. So, big thanks to my team mate or I'd have been slow all day. 👍 - I made some slight adjustments for personal preference but overall it was a big improvement.

Race 1 Knight had me under a lot of pressure and tbh I was wondering how I was going to pass him because he had some good pace. Luckily managed a pass on Lap 3 I think and pushed hard, enough to break the tow and managed to create a bit of a gap for the win.

Race 2 was much harder - staying out of trouble early on paid off big time because it meant I was running P4 after about 2 laps, with leader in sight. I just played it patiently, waiting for the right time to make a move and eventually ended up in a three way scrap for the lead between Kickstart, Myself and McGlone. Kickstart pitted first, myself a lap later, and McGlone the lap after that. After the stops, McGlone had jumped me (must have been a great lap mate) pretty easily and we continued to swap places every now and then (very cleanly, got to say 👍), whilst chasing down Kickstart. Eventually got the lead and managed to pull a slight gap mostly down to tyre wear to take the second win as well. Happy! Might be able to catch Kamy and co just yet! :sly:

McGlone: Don't even remember the Turn 1 thing you mention so don't worry about it :D - think it was all fine anyway!
