Aaaaaand apparently now we're back up to DR/C again...

So turns out the two tracks I hate and am historically rubbish at - Brands Hatch and Big Willow - are now where I'm currently best at... Pick that one apart.

Race C is a one stopper in the R18. I used the Toyota because it doesn't have to fuel save, but it's slightly slower. To each his own. The no stop looked dominant in the afternoon but the tire wear seems to be too high at the end of the race.

Anyone have any Brake balance tips? I've been using -2 lately on FF and +2 on the rear powered GR3 cars.

I recall awhile ago it being mentioned that certain brake bias's affect tire wear.

So, what’s the best race to repair my stats after “the disaster at Sardegna C”? My SR went below the reset point of 30 and my DR went from A to B then the supra Lobby on Saturday didn’t go any better

I experienced that last week, and I even won a race, that's how bad it was. Happy to say I was able to recover 1,000 DR on 2 races last night.

Race B and C for me this week. The Kart I'll give a go in qualifying to see if I can adjust to using it.

Yeah, what's up with that? Post a top 10 time and then just never race. That's odd.

They probably don't show up in sport mode events because they prefer to run in clean races with no punters.. where as Quali mode is nice and safe with the track to yourself 👍

I’m 2 for 2 with the TT Cup so far on B, she works real nice on Big Willow. The 86’s can’t pass me on the back straight once they get out of my draft to go around.

Race B is all over the place. The BoP seems to be working fairly well for Gr.4. This morning I put down a nice time with the Jag, then I beat it with the NSX, then I beat that one with the Huracan. If I had to enter a race right now, I don't know which one I'd choose. All 3 separated by .054.

Got my Q time down from 43.slow, to 38.831. Going to jump in for one race in the Peugeot, before bed.

Sounds like a good week to race all cars again Although there's karts and gr.1 as well. Can't race yet, just got home, kids ready to go swim, then dinner etc. See you tonight on the track! I'll be watching @Pigems from the back (qualifying, who has time for that)

86 can't keep up with me on the longer bits, turn 4 is where the 86 seems to be better than all the gr.4 alternatives, I'm a fan of the Lambo

You'd probably be better off using your controller for the karts.

Just check to see whether you can adjust that in Car Settings pre-race. I haven't driven the FF cars in a while, but I remember a couple of weeks back when they were the supplied gr4s that you couldn't change it. That meant that even though it looked like you could on the dials in the HUD when in race mode, it didn't actually do anything.

But placebo counts for a lot so don't let me ruin it for you

I was a little nervous when this Lobby popped up next, it’s been a while since I’ve been in a stacked lobby like that.

But I took off and never looked back, the TT is king so far for racing, the other cars can barely keep up along the back straight without my draft, and once they pull out they can’t pass. Not that anyone got close enough to try to make a pass in this one, I was 2.5 clear by the time I crossed the line.

Got a cool 1k DR Bucks for that Win, up to 44,737 now.

Any Dune reference is a big plus! Might never think of Big Willow without looking for the Kwisatz-Haderach and the Baron..
