Is Race C a no-stop?

Yes, you have fuel for 4 laps lol. There is no strategy, except stay in 5th until you're up the hill on the straight. The car lacks power and slows down to under 200 kph otherwise.

It's still good enough for an early victory

I was trying to do it all in order. Brands hatch took me quite a while to get it done. I've spent an unhealthy amount of time on Big Willow to where it got me stressed to the point of getting sick. I'll try the other ones in a few days.

But yeah, the different physics makes it all harder to get diamond.

It's BoP OFF in Hamilton DLC, not different physics

Race C not as bad as i thought, starting mid pack (8th and 10th) and got through with 2 straight CRB, gaining 3-4 places each race. I think the game is quite lenient with CRB as there was some inevitable bump and grind going on.
Car is slow but very forgiving.

Also a lot of people removing themselves from the race

So Redbull Ring was quite the desaster last week. Did about 15 races there, with I think a couple of Top 5 finishes and even a podium. That is where the good news ends.

DR dropped by about half from over 12k to about 6.5k.

SR was way worse. I usually have a rating in the 90s and most of the time I am at 99. I dropped to below 50 this week, because of all the absolute idiots on the circuit. Managed to get it back up to 57 in the last race...

Urgh, I hope I can recover some this week.
With limited seat time lately, I usually pick one race and go with it. This week it was RBR in the GT-R. I had a blast. Sure there were the usual punters, but I'm getting good at letting them by and getting the drive on the undercut. The downside to that is you sometimes loose multiple spots. I must say, I've been loving the GT-R. Since I always race with TC off, the GT-R is a car you can steer with the back end. Something must have changed with an update, because I never really liked this car way back when.

I didn't work on Q much, on either account. Wanted to keep the second with no Q to race from the back, but as usual I screwed up and put down a time. That 31.7 had me last a bunch of times, and 2 or 3 from the back most races. Best race from deep in the field was a 2 star 2nd, up 11 positions. Did have some really fun battles in the top 5, with side by side racing, and even a couple of outside "passes". The GT-R really shines fromT4-5 through the esses on to the back straight. A little throttle mid-corner gets it pointing at the exit, and feed it in hard to finish and get a drive.

Raced with a Q of 30.3 most of the week on the main account, which got me anywhere from pole to P12-14. Had one race where the top 3 were in the 28's and 29's to 11th. Another good race to finish 3rd. Got a 3 star win, a bunch of podiums, and a few outside the top ten when I got sent off course. Over the weekend I got my Q down to a 29.9 in the pre-race, to try to get ahead of some of the punters. Had some great races near the front. Once the guy in front of me realizes that I'm not going to force anything on the brakes, they tend to relax, and we both can start putting in good laps and get a gap on those behind. Then I can start pushing and hope to force a mistake that will give me an opportunity. If they keep their cool, I finish behind, but the racing is always fun. I might try the GT-R at Interlogos and see if it's as much fun there...

PD you are officially banned from coming up with Race C combos
I would like to see race B get more laps more often. RBR with 8 laps would have been awesome!

Edit: And race C should be planned where there are pit options where different strategies can win, instead of only 1 strategy that can win. Open up the tire options, make fuel and car choice options more viable. I bet some people here could come up with some awesome C race plans...

They probably fell asleep  The N100 race felt faster than this one. Oh how I wish it was a Toyota Minolta 88C-V one make instead

How are the new races? I think I’m gonna set some proper Q laps this week, it’s been a while. Race C is right up my ally this week! :)

Race C is tricky. @GOTMAXPOWER and I were just in the same one. The first lap is as difficult to negotiate as you'd imagine. People who don't know the circuit tenaciously defending and parking on every apex, people having (causing) accidents that catch half the cars behind them up in their mess etc. By the time I'd got through that lot the first 12 cars were out of sight. However, it's possible to run close to your qually time in clear air on Lap 2 - the winner was running 8:22

I'm gonna have to agree with Sven. I did one race C this morning, and it was kinda boring. I went from 16th to 7th, but after the first few minutes, everyone get pretty spread out, and you end up with more alone time than racing. Seems like a poor car choice. I guess they gotta feed the Toyota master, though.

I wish that was my race.

Like an idiot I qualified. Started P2 out of only 2 qualifiers. Then got rear ended by half the cars. Thanks Mondays.

Hi, I'm checking in to say hi.

And also checking in to say 🤬 Big Willow on the Lewis Hamilton DLC. My best time is .011 seconds behind diamond, and I haven't been able to come close ever since.

Actually, I was close. I was .070 ahead coming into the final turn, and my dumb self sent myself to the shadow realm.

I spent over 20 a few hours trying to diamond it, to no luck. I give up on it. It's a lost cause.
I blame Lewis Hamilton and @sturk0167 for breaking me!!!!
I'll see if I can get it on my next day off, and sent you a video tutorial. :D

I've noticed that in a lot of races.
Ok.... I'm not crazy. I ran a few races this morning and felt the same way. To me, the track felt like it had more grip in the race but the car's braking was less powerful. The complete opposite for qually... better braking, less grippy track.

Red Bull Ring last week felt consistant from qually to race.

My bad, I thought the survey was open for a while.

Purely speculative, but I would imagine you would at least be able to select it if you choose Toyota as a manufacturer for Manu. But beyond that I would imagine there's another way to get it (hopefully not as a daily workout gift).
If that car is VGT, I won't bother. I pray the car will be available in brand central. :D
