Is that Dom's? I've never seen any of those movies. Are they worth it? I'm old.

The car is Gr.4 for sure, that's one of the few things they confirmed hahaIf that car is VGT, I won't bother. I pray the car will be available in brand central.![]()

I've noticed that in a lot of races.

I kind of like Tokyo Drift. Although I don't really understand why the franchise is so popular. The first one was good, the rest sucked, don’t waste your time. 👍
One of my favorites... prefer it much more than the 2000 version. If you want to see a good car movie then watch Gone in 60 seconds. The one from 74. Bad acting, great driving.
I already do that.Stay away from people. 👍

They were drivers in Champ Car, which was similar to IndyCar at the time (personally I thought Champ Cars were better). At least they got something right with the manhole cover getting blown off. In the movie what series is he in?
Ronin is good too. Oh, and the original Italian Job.One of my favorites... prefer it much more than the 2000 version.
A couple other favorites (of many) :
Grand Prix (1966)
Herbie Goes To Monte Carlo (1977)
This is about as good as it gets. 👍
They must have destroyed plenty of suspension parts on those San Francisco streets.
Champ Car was a great series, there were up to 5 different chassis constructors and 4 engine providers in any given year, and a tire war between Goodyear and Firestone for several years. At their peak the cars would've been competitive with backmarkers on the F1 grid, pretty impressive considering the respective budgets involved. They were drivers in Champ Car, which was similar to IndyCar at the time (personally I thought Champ Cars were better).
It was a pretty entertaining movie, but full of goofy moments (the quarter trick for example). But also had a few cameos.
Fun fact that I just found out: the movie was supposed to take place in F1, but it sounds like teams were being too secretive about their cars so Stallone had to switch it up. Typical F1![]()
Speaking of Champ cars, check out Alex Zanardi's dive bomb pass at the Laguna Seca corkscrew on the final lap, to get the win. I can't believe he even attempted it. He would've had a track limit penalty in Sport Mode (I would assume).Champ Car was a great series, there were up to 5 different chassis constructors and 4 engine providers in any given year, and a tire war between Goodyear and Firestone for several years.
