Banckzy lad :) I'm going to take a stab in the dark and say Bugatti with maybe a couple of 919s

Haha I actually had some good racing with @bmxmitch at maggiore yesterday, although we both got hit with penalties caused by me maybe being a bit too greedy and slightly shutting the door on him, however I’m not an alien so a quick apology and all was ok haha

from memory there were 16 cars per race right? I think I was around the 10th mark but racing with that TX3 VENOM guy and somebody else whos name I have forgot at this present moment so never really had a chance of being near the top with those guys in the mix
 
So I believe Friday's daily race 3 on the oval blue moon speedway track went really well! I got my DR and SR from D and D (New update, monza, you can imagine the rest) to B and B in a day! plus, got 8 pole positions on the way (which, btw, poll on that track sucks). Had a few bad races but other than that, it was a whole lotta fun!

Yeah it was 16... getting a bit fed up of the matchmaking, recently... I'm getting reasonable times but just being used as grid filler for aliens :(

Yeah it sucks, thats why the odd SR dip isnt so bad as I can get matched with people I'm actually faster than lol

What I don't get is that I had a better time than you but qualify worse? I know it must just be down to timing or whatever but it recently feels I am always on the wrong end of it :odd:

I thought your earlier post said you didn't race with your 2.04? It really does come down to the luck of the matchmaking doesn't it

Yep, he's top in the EMEA region but by a small margin. He is in the Bugatti VGT but 2nd is in the Peugeot VGT and there is another one in the top ten too plus one 919 just hanging in there, rest are Bugattis.

I didn't race with the 2:04 but I entered and quit at matchmaking...

Yeah, the thing is, for Race B... you know if I start 10th+ out of 16, I'm going to lose DR. It will take two people making a mistake in a 3 or 4 lap race which doesn't happen when the race is mid-high A and S.

Two actually, 2nd and 4th at the moment. A 1'21.060 is the best time with it currently.

Rick was on a 1'21.040 or something like that but is in the 1'20.9s now.

When you quit at matchmaking did you lose SR/DR? So many times I have been tempted to do this but never went through it through fear of losing my ratings...
 
Maggiore was weird yesterday, I swear my Lexus RC F turned into an oil tanker each time I got into the actual race, I had a 2:04.754 quali time but could rarely get anywhere near that in the race, the car felt really heavy and would not turn as well. I know there is often some difference between quali and race behaviors and it could be my imagination but yesterday it felt really different. I had 3 poles but only managed 1 win :banghead:

(No.) I saw someone say it on here a few weeks back but never had the balls to do it... then on Saturday when I entered that Suzuka race, qualified 15th and saw Seraphoth, 2 x TRLs, adstomko etc. I was like **** this... so I guess there is something built into the game that says you haven't actually entered until the warm up screen.

Really? I genuinely don't see many people crash or make bad mistakes any more... yeah maybe 1 per race, but that's why I said 10+ out of 16, you need to finish 8 to break even so this relies on 2 crashes/mistakes that are near me in the race...

Not like in DR C when in a 10 lap race you know that as long as you stay on the track you can gain like 5 or 6 positions :lol:

:lol: I've just recently thrown away a 10 second lead and then finished 2nd as I recovered buy ran out of fuel :ouch: :mad: 🤬
