Yesterday at Suzuka I just couldn't get into the groove with the Porsche, or most other cars and had to go with the Viper. Today the Porsche was handling just the way I wanted.

Was that GR3 or GR4? The 911 RSR has been acting funny lately, excessive understeer difficulty trail braking, but I thought it was just me.

That’s weird I’ve had exactly the same thing, I use the 911 RSR almost exclusively since launch and always been good in it.

Used it at Kyoto the other day, usually easy low 1.33 maybe sneaking into the 1.32 best I could manage was a 1.33.8 no matter how many times I tried and in the race it was even worse!

You got good results from what I saw mate :) in the top ten quite a bit too. Frustrating when those around aren't racing fair though - hope you had some decent races without being bumped off 👍

Woop! not sure wether to go back on and chase that 54.6 I know I can get, I did a 54.7 in my last race which was nice but frustrating aswell
Wouldn't be surprised if you got it honestly :), I know you did a 1:54.1 the last time gr3 raced at the nurburgring

Well, I've never done a 54.1 at Nurburgring GP xD. That 54.433 is now actually my personal best haha.

Yes, that was the trouble I was having at Suzuka. Last night at NGP it was good, As soon as I saw the exit I could plant it and whip out of the corner.

Here is my hot lap from yesterdays Daily Race B. At the end I had an optimal of 1:54,1, but I'm still quite happy with the lap. I found it quite surprising that I was the only one in the top 10 that was using the Lexus. For me is the RC F is the best car on Nürburgring GP.

1:54.5 in the Porsche. I believe that is my quickest time at Nurburgring GP to date. I gave the 17' RCF a try and it's really fast, it's just a handful in the first sector. Best I could do was a 1:54.6. If I could take my first sector time in the Porsche and apply it to my fast lap in the RCF I would have ran a high 1:54.3. Just couldn't get that first sector down.

Hmm that's interesting. For me the Lexus is faster in the first sector than the Porsche. I managed a few times a 35:5 at S1. I should be able to do a 54:2, but it's so hard to get it right.

My first sector time in the Porsche was a 35.505 I believe. My fast lap in the RCF had a 35.75 first sector. I was able to get a 35.6 a couple times but couldn't put the rest of the lap together. For me it's just so slick under throttle on the low speed corners through S1. If I could put it all together a 1:54.3 is there for sure but I just called it quits after awhile.

Let me do it. I got my PB last night at 1:55:447 using WRX, which is >1s away compared with above.

Interestingly, there is only 1 911 in the Asia top 10 but 7 in EMEA.

This may show us that META might not be so META after all.

Alpha Cipher You are right. That’s why we won’t discuss our lap time today.:lol::lol: At least not for me.:D You are quicker than me on my friend list.
:lol::lol::lol:
I think I could've done better, but I will not budge from using the Evo if the leaderboards are filled with WRXs

How do the leaderboards look like there in the US? 911s as well?

Both of you are fast guys imo. 👍
Just checks my PB at Nurb GP, came down from 1:57:811 to last night 1:56:2xx (2s off the stars). I am happy with that though still not comparable to you all.:gtpflag:

Did exactly 12 Race C last night and this morning (in Asia).

The driving experience with X014 standard is absolutely fantastic!! extremely smooth and fast.

Managed to do a 1:18.5 Q time, and start every race on pole, seems that not much high rankers wish to risk
their SR and DR (with the reset you can lose huge amount of DR in just one race.)

The first 2 races were absolute carnage!! There seems always be someone trying to over-shoot Turn 1 to avoid the chaos
but that actually made things much worse because they definitely will run into someone!!:banghead:

And when I dropped to the mid-field I have to deal with so many people that don't know how to drive this car properly.
Brake way too early, not knowing how to sweep through the corners with the extremely high downforce,
I can't avoid keep ramming into someone due to the huge speed difference.
Then my SR dropped from 93 to 1 and my DR was reset to 3000 from 39000 in 2 races.:ouch:

The following 7 races were good since I've known how to deal with the quick dropping RM tire with 2-stop strategy.
Won races by miles and managed to did some sub-20 min results. (best finish time 19:43) :D

the last race of last night I lose some concentration and spinned out which caused excessive tire wear so I chose to retire.:banghead:

the 2 races in this morning are relatively good, since there are just 5 & 6 people on the grid, It's just like walking in the park in the morning!

12 races, 9 wins, lost 24000 DR, and got back to SR99. That's it for me today.

You keep breaking your PBs though, and with massive gains :D

Sorry for asking even I am in Asia/Oceania (I’m at work). What are the car list of Asia now?

I remember 3 WRX, 1 911, 1 Evo, 2 NSX, few Lexus yesterday night before I sleep.
I can't help right now since I'm also away from home (school) :(
But from what I remember it's mostly the same, except there's only one NSX, no Evos, and 5 WRXs

Haven’t tried the WRX before but it seems the car is quit strong recently.

Ah... I have seen you in some races doesn't know you were here :D

I though AS and SS player in asia all in Daily B, seeing lot AS and SS on Nurbs last night. I'd love try Monza but only manage 2:07, seeing top 10 time I decide not come to race at Monza :dunce:

Only manage 1:57:311 on races, but only manage 1:58:662 on qualify (and can't push more always get more worse time more I try it hahahaha) that just cause I tried chasing AS player so hard on race:lol:

Couldn't call it a night without trying out the ole faithful C7 at Nurburgring. Was able to slightly improve my time down to 1:54.521. I think I'm the only Corvette on the leaderboards across all regions, so that's cool :D

Everyone showing off their 1:55s and 1:54s while I'm stuck here with my 1:57.3 :(

You have good race pace.👍 Normally off Q time at least 0.5s during race.:boggled:

Go the 'vette! Just hope they do better at Longbeach this weekend. I found the RSR was working for me at nurbGP, so I didn't try the Corvette. Lately I've found it harder to handle and I've been doing much better times with the Viper. Difference between and amateur and a pro I guess .

Monza is scarce today in Asia region. Just had a 7 starter...

Almost wish I'd run Monza last night. I should have at least given time trial qualifying a go. Too much speed at the moment for me. The Jr was fun around Monza. I suspect Sr not quite as tail happy.
