Sometimes the matchmaking of GT Sport is a joke:
Dragon Tail with Gr.4 - Almost B-S (including me) players against a... A+/S player (1st)??? Really??

Isn't that usual? especially when your DR 27k -30k, I usually meet A+ and A when on 27k but never if I get bottom on that.

If I could qualify the thing(1:48.266), I'd win every race. I'm still amazed by how well it drops the speed. One more and i'm done for the night.

After my SR drop with the attached DR reset I (A/B) was in a race with with 17 E/B drivers and two other A/B‘s. Even worse is that I didn‘t win because one of those A/B‘s just bumped me all the time

About to start race B i am on pole mainly because am down with the A S/R drivers after quitting the previous race when i made too many errors and dropped to last with 10 seconds of penalty [I know I should have still finished the race so my fault losing so many manner points]. Start thinking to myself the intro screens taking its time and bang disconnected now am down to low C one more bad race and will get a reset. I need some luck in the next event am giving Race C a pop, wish me luck.

Edit: No luck got reset from B/C to D/E, mainly due to the disconnect and my rubbish driving today, oh well back to race B. Hopefully no disconnect this time, will i get pole again though? Nope 2nd though in a D/E race
Managed 5th and a clean race, 5 manner points. So i need i just need 18 more clean race Bs to get my lost SR back, seem fair?
Did race B again and got 12 manner points back up to S/R C now. Final got some luck was 2nd on the grid and the leader went deep into one corner, managed a win and a clean race bonus, 13 manner points for that.

Finished Dragon Trail. I hadn't intended to do any dailys tonight. Did a lap of pre-qualify with the M4, nipped in to do a spot of livery editing, then dashed back in time for 3 laps of qualifying. Each lap was better then the last, and the 3rd lap I really don't thing with my skill level I could do much better. I know the M4 is somewhat lacking since the various updates, but it's comfortable around Dragon Trail. Surprised myself qualifying P2 amongst one of those rare occurrences, a lineup of my peers !

I was doing alright on the first lap, nipping at the heels of P1 and constantly having to ease off to avoid a collision because he was on my line, only slower. Last corner of the first lap and I over cooked it. Rear tire hooked onto the back side of the outer kerb and spun me out and slamming into the opposite wall. Had to extricate myself from nosing the wall at 90deg to the track . Stayed over to the left out of the way as 5 cars went past before I was up to speed again.

Kept my nose clean and worked my way up a place. Had a bit of a battle for P5 and managed to make a clean pass on the same corner for P5. Sadly he did the bus stop better than me and got ahead at the last corner. P6 for me. Better than a kick in the head . I sent a "that was close" post race message.

DR up a few hundred, SR back to 99. Another day above DR1 .

Shining a light in the opposite direction of travel will slow you down, theoretically. Perhaps all these blinking cars are theoretical physicists racing.

Hello! I'm new here and i only have a question. In gr2 daily race, the fuel consuption, what is the best racio of Power And fuel? Because i have done a race in Monza in the other day and i was "forced" to go 2 times refueling... Sadly i finished in last place

Nunogs123 as someone said earlier your best to reduce power to 2 or 3 through the slower section after the first corner, i found it reasonable easy to stretch the first stint to 6 laps then you can go full throttle for the 5 remaining laps once you pit.

Decided to do some Dragon's Trail with a Scirocco since i wanted to experiment FF cars, didn't have time to qualify so started from bottom and carried myself on 7th place along with a German player with an Audi (started 15th place), FF bros we can say

4 races at Dragon. At A/S with a 1:45.9xx Q lap, started all races at P10 or below. No clean race bonus was obtained though the races were quit clean. I got 1s penalty in each race. In the end, kept blue S and Sr remain 99 which I am happy with.

2nd race I gained 7 places to finish at 4th. Most places I got in a race.👍

The last 5 race days got me over 10k Dr. Yeah

I was in a couple of those races. I think the one you came 4th all the carnage was behind and I sorta got caught up in it but nice job anyway. The next race I somehow avoided it all and came 5th from 12th

Exactly I tried to lower it a bit a few days ago as I was dead last anyway and cut half the corners of the final laps only to get +2 SR

technically, as I understand it, photons have mass proportional to their energy. That would mean (Newtons Third law of motion:For every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction.) That photons ejected in a direction opposite of travel would exert a force in the direction of travel on the vehicle. So your rear hazards should speed you up and your front hazards should slow you down.

so for more efficient braking the brake lights should go up front. New definition of light speed
