Strange red S from my last race b. I had no penalty during the race and got clean race star without red dot. But red Sr. Did anyone experience it before? Checked lose 2 Sr.

NGP turned out to be a bit of a disaster. I tried a few cars to see what was going to work for me, and went with the Blackbird (RSR). I thought I put in a reasonable qualifying time, but it turns out, the fast drivers musta skipped my previous race and rocked on up to this one. P14 for me.

The tail end of the grid crashed and bashed me around. I got rear ended so many times it hurts to sit down:scared:! I was up to P8 at one point, but that didn't last long after an off from one rammer followed by a mugging by the pack behind. I was respawned 5 times from the knocks. Finished where I started, P14.

As predicted, down to DR/D for me, but the fall wasn't as far as the last time I sniffed DR/C. SR took a bit of a beating, down to 89. Another day above DR 1 :D.

I was in a good battle yesterday in race A. We were going into the last lap of the race and my 10 month little girl got the TV remote and changed the channel on me :scared:
I couldn't and would never get mad at my little girl for something like that but I had several of others who were not happy with me. **** happens sometimes is what I told them.

- No DR gains for high finishes, unless the lobby is loaded with other A+

Today in Race C Nürburgring.

What a matchmaking. A+, A, B and about 10x D drivers with qualifying times of 10 secs away. I really dont know why PD tries to ruin an already cracked system. As this matchmaking would not be bad enough, the flying start is almost a standing start. The cars are so close to each other, you can imagine what happens in the first curve. The D drivers obviously thought they are torpedos. I wonder why I came out with only 1 sec penalty. Finished somehow 5th and lost luckylie only100 DR.

No Sir, won't push my luck again.

There is really no point in mixing 50/60k drivers with 2k drivers. You can lose thousands of DR but you gain zero DR if you finish in front of them. If there are not enough drivers with close DR, then you should be matched with the ones who are availible. If that means a room with 6 Drivers, so be it

In simple words my DR was destroyed this morning. Unreasonable drivers, holding their, flaged, flashing red penalties all throughout the race, not moving out the way, ramming drivers off the track, which inflicted my SR. Thank you PD and Nürburgring! This is why I only want to participate in Gr.2 and Gr.1 racing. Absolute horrible grouped DR in race C today.

Yes as a A+ driver I gain nothing from beating even A and B drivers and then if you lose to one or two, DR loss. If I lose SR and then get matched with the D drivers it's a loss even when winning.

Today even before a race where I messed up and ended up coming 4th when I should have won, I was down on DR for finishing 2nd a couple of times to another (lower DR) A+ driver. Even a couple of wins after didn't get the points back, it's why a lot of the top drivers don't race dailies anymore, especially away from peak times. Sadly that is the only time I can race with any regularity.

Don’t like the DR system, but in theory it works it’s the matchmaking at fault. Too much precedence on SR.

Maybe if your SR value had a negative impact on your DR you could gain rather than matching you with the same SR. So if you are perhaps DRA+ and SRA you only gain 75% of the DR you earnt in a race, SRS you get 100%. Then the matching would be on DR and quali and more incentive to retain SRS? Only an idea?

Wasn't able to race yesterday. But was able to squeeze in about 4 races at Bathurst before the dailies switched over last night. Only got a few laps of qualifying in, but was fast enough to start between P2-5. The car was fun to throw around the track. On one race while running second P1 makes a mistake and I think Ok I've got this one as I drive past. Then like magic he catches back up and passes me. It's like I can't keep up. Then I come here and find out that the car can be upgraded to N200. :banghead: I'm so used to BOP being set and didn't think of checking the settings for the race. Still managed a 2nd and a couple 3rd place finishes. Wish I had had me more time as I really enjoyed that combo.

Did a couple races at Alsace and started on pole both times. Was hounded by a guy in a Megane the whole time, I was in a Huracan. He finally got past on last lap for the win. That car has too much speed on the straights. Meganes give me migraines lol. Probably gonna revisit this race tonight. Haven't raced it in awhile and it's nice to try a different track.

Had that a few times. No off track excursions, no bumps, nudges etc. Get the Clean Race Silver Star, Clean Race Bonus and a red safety letter at the end.

Makes no sense!

We aren't torpedos, it's just that your car looks exactly the same as a double orange cone :p.

To avoid misunderstandings, I never ever would be disrespectfull against lower ranked racers.
Its just senseless to mix very DR-spreaded racers with each other. The higher DR guys gain nothing but risk very much and the lower DR guys have no chance for the front positions and are fighting for place 10 for example.
It would rather make more sense to split the room up.
For example, a room with 3xA+, 5xA, 2xB, 2xC, 8xD should be splited up in two rooms with the A+,A and B drivers on one and C,D on the other or something like that.
So the field size of 20 racers should be dynamic

Haha, I know that problem all too well. I actually put my old tv back in the living room for GTS. However since I bought the ps4 pro my kids still play on the old ps4, usually with my account as all the save games are on there. It took a while to train them to log into their own account and not automatically choose mine, which instantly logs me out of psn on the pro and race over!

Racing with your kids fighting in the back of the car is fun, should be mandatory for everyone to level the playing field.

Not sure what was dumber idea, me thinking that I could get some dr/sr from GP, or me actually racing there, -900dr/10sr, back to B/B..

Ladies and gentlemen, I present you B/A at it's best:

This is how most of my race was.
I'll be adding it to the list of my favorite tracks that I shall not race on, ever:grumpy:

Pls don't mind my op recording skills, my ps don't like sharing videos for some reason.

I feel you, my 7yo daughter breaks my concentration at times. I tell her I can't pause the game this time, that I'm racing real people.

on that second lap you kinda turned into both of those drivers... where did you expect them to go? you forced that alfa wide and he made a really nice cutback on you.

the first lap was just an accident, it wasn't intentional late braking.

There just seems to be a lot more desperation in the racing. That or the summer heat just gets to everyone.

Lol on all these guys who want to win a 10 laps race in the 1st sector, 1st lap :lol::lol:

You mean the same Alpha that went straight into me in T1 on first lap and got me penalty for it?
There was nowhere to go, that camera don't show it well but I couldn't go left because of Mazda tail being there and couldn't break to let him pass because green 911 was right in my tail, unlike Alpha who tried to squeeze through on outside where there just isn't space, turning into me. So yeah..

T3 he tries to squeeze over gravel way too fast, doesn't slow down just to throttle straight into me. You'll never see proper racer trying that stupid move, if you're not ahead by the turn, you slow down, you don't throttle and hope that car ahead will slow you down.Period.
Green 911, I never saw coming on radar, that's on me and I slowed down to let him pass but that's not enough, he goes an extra mile to turn right into me.

And that AMG that destroyed the race for 5 ppl in T1?

He rammed me off one more time in L9, just for good measure, so yeah, that's that.

I hate it when people defend corner cutting overtakers, that's just not fair racing.

Yes and those same guys also think they can keep a faster car behind them for the entire 10 laps too after they have barged their way past. Like why block on the first couple of laps, you let the car/s in front get away and allow others to stay close/close right up again.

One of my early races today had all sort of carnage in turn 1, lap 1, idiots got me involved with it and the pole sitter somehow got clear of it all and set off way into the distance as I spent all race getting back to 2nd and making sure I was at least 5 seconds clear of 3rd, as I got a penalty for the unavoidable turn 1 chaos.

it's really telling that you describe the same situation once where you're on the inside and once when you're on the outside, and your opinion changes to favor you both times.

You weren't ahead in turn 2 and you stayed full throttle until you forced him to slow or else you would have pushed him off. He does the exact same thing to you next corner except you don't yield and you guys collide. Then you cut back into the racing line and hit the Porsche as well.

It was cool to race with you this morning by the way. But you're a way too fast for me ahah

When I'm not running into someone like an idiot anyway, which happened one time.:O I don't know why my car wouldn't stop, could have been me braking later than I thought I did or maybe there's a bit of dirt in my pedals, I not sure. Stupid thing is somehow I'd have still won that race if it were not for me going for a ride in the gravel later on and getting a penalty for good measure, as I did cross the line 1st before the penalty demotion to 4th.

I will look at the video from your point of view later on for sure.

Finally had a good race with 8 A+ and rest A drivers in Nürb. Started 7th and finished 4th, and got even well DR raise for it (which is not always the case for 4th position outside prime time). Watched the replay and I must say almost everybody was cautious.
Of course every race has its losers and winners but you can see if people are trying to be clean or not.
