I finally went back to S/S after 5 races in Interlagos.
I love this track .
At the moment I am 7th in Americas server with 1:31.452 (had the high of first for a short time) and soon will be out of the top ten when the aliens start to land....

Won 2 and got second on the other 3. All clean races.

I usually stay away from Gr. 3 races because I never really know which car to pick. The 458 Italia was my go-to at first, but it’s fallen out of favor. Can anyone recommend another good car in that class? I’m sure they’re all solid. I’m just unsure.

Not sure where your skill set is at, but the Viper is a pretty good choice imo. It's a little hard to master though

Mediocre at best, pitiful at worst. I’ve driven the Gr. 4 Viper a few times, which I’ve actually liked. Maybe I’ll give the Gr. 3 a few laps at Interlagos in arcade mode before getting in some qualifying laps.

Bugatti VGT is so OP lol
Mate, first time I drove it was earlier today and I couldn't believe how good it was, especially on that track - just so stable!

I might give it another outing the next time there's a Gr.1 at Interlagos, reckon it'll be good there as well.

Super star super fast:bowdown:
The Porsche carried me basically  that thing flies at corners! Haven't entered a Super star race yet but thanks for calling me that :O
Let's use a different gif this time to show me being flattered

So, interlagose. I said to myself I only would do C races but the b race got me today. So after a pretty good qt for me I did one race which was clean (with clean race bonus) but felt like a slaughter fest. Okay, maybe one more. It was a pretty intense drive with a good result. Unfortunately I was getting a 1sec penalty, but I don't know why. It also dropped my SR from 99 to 92. Maybe you guys see it?

i,ve tried the race B two times, no good results , in the first race , starting 5th, i was "divebombed" out, in the second I did a mistake that resulted in a 4 sec. penalty ..so race ended..

No more Races for me today ..

At 1.13 you "helped" the Porsche ;)

That is what I thought too, but after watching the replay from multiple angles and from different cars I am pretty much convinced I did not touched him. He released the brake to take over the car in front.

My first race today, I was sceptic about Interlagos after Sunday and I was right!

On the side dirty moves or not - problem are penalties and places where people are - "serving" them!

I believe pd has made many "revengers" last weeks, and all this story about sportsmen is just a fairytale.

I know this discussion is reserved for dailies, but I’d love to race you guys at some point. Perhaps a lobby setting is more realistic since it might be a long, long time before I begin sniffing S/S. I feel I could learn a lot from competing against most of you. Hit me up via PSN if you want a change of pace from the dailies.

Had a couple clean races at Interlagos, was kind of scared entering with max Dr/Sr:scared: Ran a 1:30.5, started with a fair gap on 2nd’s 1:31 and survived first corner:cheers: Even had a shortcut penalty and earned a clean race!

Driving at Interlagos today with Gr.3 Atenza. Really struggling with grip ...
Any suggestions ?

I've decided to do the crazy guy today and am running Interlagos Gr.3, but it looks like I'm not alone by far :D I'm racing the Viper because I felt like driving it today, qualified with a terrible 1:33.452, always managed to start in the top 5. I don't really care about my ratings as they are as bad as they are (C/B, was C/S before the Pantera at Monza last weekend), so whatever happens to me, I can take it. Done three races so far:

- first one started second, got rammed straight to Barrichello's grandma's house at the S do Senna by a swiss idiot in a Merc AMG GT-3 who didn't even bother to brake. We both (and a few others involved) ended way back. Was fighting for a mere 11th place with a french guy in a 911, it was a clean and nice fight, but here comes the swiss Merc again, and back I go to Barrichello's grandma's house after a ram, again without even trying to brake, at the last corner. The guy then left. I reported him, but I have no idea if this means anything.
- second race was super fun: started second, battled the whole race with a spanish in a 911, and almost risked winning.
- third race was fun as well, though it was a midpack start and finish there were many fun duels, especially one with a 911.

Let's see how the day continues. I'm bad, but I have to start somewhere if I want that GTS platinum. No way in hell I'm touching streets of WS in the Mach 1.

Slight tap on the green car.

Consider yourself lucky you only got 1 second penalty. At 1:16 you bumped his back back bumper. I got a damn 4 second penalty for a similar situation gr3, these penalties :grumpy:, and interlagos is an experience lol. My SR went from 99 to 94 but somethings gotta give I like the challenge.

Funny with your first race. Because I also happened to encounter an AMG GT GT3 that kept punting me off the track then left before the race even ended.

The Peugeot RCZ is very stable and quick through the corners.

Swiss guy, stock livery, name was something like DD123abc so most likely a fake account, or a 10-year-old. I'm in the low depths of DR C, though.
