Oooooh well things got a bit serious didn't they :) still no reply except "it's just a game"... disappointing.

Am I right in saying that Race C is the same as one of the FIA races again?

A for me tonight... not comfortable through the bus stop and the Speedway is meh.

So, last night I opted for Race B. Started qualifying and was hitting 2:09s, then 2:08s, managed a 2:07 and then got stuck there for 10 or so laps, before finally hitting a 2:06.3xx... no way I could find another 2 seconds to get within 1 of the top 10 (or even 1 second to get a mid 2:05 which was my target). Optimal was 2:05.8... I just can't understand or work out where another 4 or 5 full seconds are? I was braking in the same places and taking the exact lines of the top 10 videos I watched (except for going off the track between T2 and T3) but just couldn't get any better.

Anyway, I started 7th which I was reasonably pleased with, whacked TCS on for the start and gained 3 positions to 4th by T1... and here I was VERY lucky... clearly one of those who started further back hadn't realised that they needed to brake for T1 :dunce: and, as I was at 90 degrees, flew just past my rear bumper and wiped out 5th and 6th. Had a guy very close behind me for the rest of lap 1 so, being wary of time penalties and thinking he was faster, I let him past on the back straight. However, I was much quicker on the final corner than him and attempted to pass on the home straight only to be blocked. Again, I was faster after the hairpin before the S section and the following left hander but just stayed close behind, then again was faster on the right hander before the back straight and attempted to pass on the straight only for the guy to weave left and right blocking me. I even had to apply brakes to avoid hitting him at one point. This basically continued for the final lap, 3 attempts to pass and I was swerve-blocked every time. Mid way through lap 1 I had a gap of 2.5 seconds to the guy in 5th, which was reduced to 0.9 by the finish line. Frustrating and the guy left the race immediately. Anyway, finished as 1 of only 2 blue SR racers at the end and gained 700 DR. The comeback begins :)

What the ....

Trifecta for me, as I like and seem to do well at all three of these tracks. Maybe I should call into work “sick” today....lol

FIA races for today are awesome!

Gr4 at Nürburgring GP
Gr3 at Lago Maggiore
Nice :)

I thought Gr. 3 Blue Moon was one of them for tonight... must be last night or tomorrow then?

What are you driving in Group 3 these days Mitch?

The new Lexus, obviously :O
But there are so many to pick from, I change my favorites pretty much every week :p

I've been trying some different cars recently, since the 2017 Lexus is now so popular... it's amazing how different all of the cars are to drive; you really have to spend a lot of time getting to know each one. Good to see more mixed grids in both group 3 and 4 now though :)

It is... but so many people use it. The good thing about the old one is that it was a really good car and you would only see maybe 1 other on a grid of 20.

Indeed. So are you Viper driving in the Gr4 Seaside tonight? I honestly don't think I even own the viper, let alone driven it before haha

I love most races now, just by that one simple fact that not everyone is using the M6 or 911 :)

And I'm trying to get used to the 458 now, but I simply cant handle it with a pad. Damn beast...
Also, some cars still need a buff! Huracan, McLaren and some others just arent competitive enough, which saddens me. They're just too pretty not to use.

that new Lexus is such a beast!

The old one already was one! But this one tops it slightly

Not sure... is the Viper the one now then? I'm just not confident on DT. I used to play it a lot and I like the track but it's such a risk now.. to SR and DR. That bloody bus stop.... will do some Q laps and see how I feel :)

Few people here seem to like it lol I cant seem to get away from the Aston myself.

Stick at it with the Gr3 458 mate. Well worth mastering. Gr4 458 is great to.

Race A or B with Citroen tonight.. Might try the new Lexus for the first time too.

Looking at Kudosprime I have now experienced another DR point bug.. 8 racing days ago my points jumped up to 51k and now dropped to 3k. Weird.

All racing is just a game, twissy doesn’t have to say anything else. He felt he was being held up and owned exactly what he did and why he did it. Are you expecting an apology??

What do the big boys use now. I have seen a lot of covettes being used.

Why keep bringing it up,

Where has this happened?

Doesn't have to say anything no, but as someone consistently on the top 10 and a regular here you'd expect an explanation and, yes, also an apology for outright poor sportsmanship. The exact type of which is complained about by nearly every poster on here every single day. You'd expect someone as good as he is to be an example to others. I'm sure he will be pleased for you sticking up for him though so well done for that.

Yeah
I'm expecting an apology

It was stated earlier by @VeeDoubleU that this is a forum whereby we discuss and debate things that happen in the game. That is clearly what Robben is doing. What is wrong with that?
