I agree the time between races is too long. Also they ought to return daily races to daily, or change every other day.
A week of the same thing is too long, people figure out where they can punt without penalty, the best spots to dive, and by midweek they have outqualified themselves.
Monday evening is fun racing, it progressively gets worse as the week goes on (talking evenings)
Thing is, if you dont at least sr down minor contact-like a point or 2 to both/all drivers then everyone uses contact to overtake, which ruins the game imo.
If I clearly win a corner, and a guy turns in on me- ok fine sr down me like a point, but if I get a micro overlap no right to the turn and am allowed to jam my nose in and move the other car to get buy that’s not racing, that’s Mariokart.
The system, when strict, seperate contact players from non contact.
Used to be lots of fast people at say B-B.
They play with contact, then you had say B-S where contact wasn’t allowed and it worked great!
This newest iteration reduces the game to what used to be a B SR.
Why force all players to dumb down and plow others to get by that’s not racing.
A strict system worked great before imo.
The fact that they can’t seem to improve it let alone make it good suggests to me that they are not putting enough resources into it.
They are probably busy on making all manner of fart can exhaust to add to the 14 types of Toyota 86 in GT7.
@NosOsH was right. GT7 might not be very good...
