The place to look for NASCAR threads on this site is the Motorsport subforum of the Automotive forum (the threads with the NASCAR prefix).
Slim pickings at the moment, though - only twelve threads, with only five of those threads with 30 or more posts (and one of them - last season's Fantasy NASCAR thread - is locked).
There are two threads which may interest you, TSTestPilot - this year's season and the GTP Fantasy League. While you likely will not see me there since NASCAR isn't my cup of tea, the folks who you will see are NASCAR fans such as yourself. Likewise, the posters in the F1, WRC, sports car racing, touring car racing, etc. threads are groups of like-minded individuals who are following their respective favorite kind of auto racing.
