I too have a more serious one. Model levels/trim levels.
Hear me out:
Take the BMW 1 series for example. GT4 had the 118 in petrol and diesal variations, now, whats to say that all the variations cant be had? Or at least a nice selection of them. Say, instead of just having the 118i and 118d why not have, as an option after selecting the car you want (1 series in this case):
118i
118 m sport
120i SE
130i M sport
118d SE
120d
123d M sport
And then add more variation by giving you options to have the 3 door, 5 door, coupe or convertible. I mean, surely the engines are just a notepad file or something, and its a bluray disc so surely its possible to add a few more notepad files for each car, just for that extra taste in variety?
And then perhaps as an aftertouch if theres some space left, optional extras, but not ones that dont have any impact, I mean, again sticking with the 1 series range (120i) choose from the selection of rims available for the car, choice of the M sport suspension, perhaps headlight variations should GT5 have realistic night racing, now theres a cockpit choosing the colour interior trim you would like, and of course metallic paint.
Another thing, car pricing, just a small niggle, why cant we have currencys? selectable in the menu like mph and kph, but £, $ and €? Then realistically price the cars according to how much they actually cost. So the BMW 120i would cost £18,995 instead of whatever PD guess.
