These appear to be the characters, https://www.nagatanien.com/

I asked on a translation subreddit as I couldn't find anything either. I am sure i've seen it on a livery before but I cant remember where.

You are correct. I ended up finding a better image of a slightly older car and was able to read the Fibernetics logo. I just made the logo in illustrator and uploaded it.

I was finally able to source enough material and make enough of the decals myself to finish the livery.

It reads ...-Cutting-Pro, but that's about everything I can make out.,

EDIT: What you could do however is to get this or this onto your car in GTS and find a Scape location that lets you zoom in close enough.

In GTS you should have one And if not, it shouldn't take more than 10 minutes to get the money to buy one

Checked both, the R35 doesn't even have that decal and on the R34 it's very small and unidentifiable. It seems to be a vector trace of a low resolution source reducing the small letters to blobs. So still looking for better sources
