It indeed is the Vex Mythoclast. It's great at medium to short range but it's not a performer at long range. It has great stats and does indeed pack a punch against anything it throw it against. I love the gun :D.

So saw the 'Don't touch me' for the hunter from Xur tonight and really wanted them but decided to test the RNG with an engram first. Glad I did since I got them from said engram and was able to buy Dragons Breath. Now I just need 9 exotic shards for all my gear....

Yeah, that is Light of the Abyss. It has a great charge rate and great impact as well as 7 shots. I do really really like this fusion rifle. I still wish I had the raid sniper rifle (Black Hammer) though :(

I did mean Light of the Abyss, but thanks for the information on the Vex. That's my current aim, but who knows how long it could take me to get it... It seems like a PvP monster.
 
For me, at least, Light of the Abyss, along with Swordbreaker (shotgun) seems to be one of the more "common" drops as compared to Hunger of Crota (Rocket Launcher) and Black Hammer though I have yet to get a swordbreaker.

So apparently there's a "cheesing" method for Crota's End involving the leader dropping his LAN connection. Wonder how Bungie patches this one.
 
Anybody want to do the raid from the beginning with me at some point, probably after the reset on Tuesday? I've still not tried it after the getting the DLC.

Also anybody up for helping me with the weeklys?

I can do weekly if you mind slightly carrying my 28s. I want to try to get them to 30. I'll be on in about 2 hours.

No, I don't. I found the titan fit my play style best. The boost jump just always seemed to click naturally for me. I hated the warlock glide and the Hunter was okay but I always missed the titan bubble

I didn't like the Warlock glide at first, but now that I got used to it I think it's quite good. I can get more height from it than my Hunter's triple jump.

I had plenty of time to get used to it, I fully unlocked both warlock sub-classes. Not saying it's a bad class, just not for me.

I agree that I like Titan the best of all of them, but I still would rather try and hone all 3 of them so I can get a better handle at different situations.

Thanks, this is actually an answer to my question. Like I mentioned, I have a really similiar Rocket launcher in my vault, and i'm wondering if its even worth taking up an exotic spot for it.

I just read something about this, so I wanted to mention it since it relates back to this conversation. The rocket launcher you have is probably the Hunger of Crota. I just read people posting that the main advantage the Gjallarhorn has over the Hunger of Crota is that the wolfpack rounds are also tracking, whereas the cluster bombs just drop to the ground and don't hit the target a lot of the times.

Sorry I didn't join earlier @Blitz24 I was watching a film.

Anybody on today to help me with heroic and nightfall strike? In not having much luck.
 
Yesterday's Heroic wasn't too bad in my opinion. The Chosen Knights seemed to be easier to kill than regular ones... Could be that I also upgraded my weapons.
 
I can do the heroic missions fine it's always the heroic strike and nightfall.
