The one I can remember off the top of my head is kill 10 major's or ultra's in a nightfall activity so that one you wouldn't be able to do.

Just spawn kill one or two. Rinse repeat. Like on "The Nexus" go to the first room, hang back and pick them off.

Ya they're not very hard to get as long as you have the ability to do strikes.:)
 
I got the full version for PS3. It is AMAZING! I am so far on the Mars missions. I have had a blast! Definitely a game I would recommend!
 
I got another Husk of the Pit... I have 4 now.

For some reason I think the Cabal ate the easiest to get headshots on I don't think they ate any bigger or anything but when I get the bounties for precision damage I head to Mars
 
The cabal can take a lot of hits, so I generally don't kill them for farming because it takes too long.

The only enemy which will require a lot of hits is one that has no critical weakpoint. Think minotaurs. Cabal are not that hard to kill nor do they take long to kill.

I really don't have the particular's on what makes the wizard spawn in but it take's quite a while for it to even with killing all the other waves. Wizard comes on the 3rd dropship I do know that much.:lol: It's not really that bad if you have a friend or 2 but it'd probably be harder solo.

Pretty sure the drop ships come at certain points in relation to the ogre's health, if you don't take his energy down the ai just respawn in the area and not from the drop ship.

Just keep an eye out for the third ship and have solar available for easy kill on the wizard, a few wizards drop so look out for his name (cant remember his name)
 
I think I read you have to get Phogoth down to less than a quarter health remaining on the special level 26 strike that only appears when you have that portion of the quest ready. I know I helped @priesty_lfc to do it.

This week's Nightfall is Omnigul again! Non DLC owners are going to be pissed,and rightly so. It has solar burn so the shanks, and wizards are going to be close to one hit killing machines.

I think I read you have to get Phogoth down to less than a quarter health remaining on the special level 26 strike that only appears when you have that portion of the quest ready. I know I helped @priesty_lfc to do it.

I got it for Xmas, but wasn't able to play anything online for a few days because the PSN server connections in parts of the UK were gridlocked. They seem ok now, and this game is amazing so far.

Wizards deal arc damage but have solar shield so it should be easier than the first nightfall on Omnigul.

I agree. I some how get the headshot but no precision damage. There is a PSN trophy for getting 25 Cabal Precision kills in one mission without dying I am trying to achieve. I thought I might as well aim for it since I am in the Mars missions.

Not hard at all. Are you sure you are aiming for the head? I find the cabal quite easy to kill. Perhaps you need to switch weapons?

Even the weakest cabal the Legionary (not counting Psions, because they're not that common), take at least 2 precision shots to kill with a scout rifle. You need to shoot Phalanxes once to make them drop their shield, then shoot them again. The Centurions with a shield take almost as many shots as a Minotaur. They take longer to kill than the weakest enemies of any other race, like Dregs and Vandals, Acolytes, and Goblins.

Still wouldn't classify them as difficult though. Only one which is are the colossus due to constant fire.

Ok me and the friend I did it with were wondering if that was the case. We just kept having adds and no ships. Eventually we decided to just start shooting phogoth and then the ships started showing up.👍 Also I believe the name is Xylor the Unwed if I remember correctly.

I wouldn't classify them as difficult either, but I'd rather farm Dregs and Vandals because it's faster.

@Blitz24 Even though I knew well ahead of time, the day just spiraled out of control. I won't even be able to do anything until tomorrow, but if you guys finish up today I can go through the Crucible.
