Was at Auto Zone for my buddys car and got this. Missed a 1972 Duster and a 1971 Mach 1 Mustang but I did manage to get this 1971 Corvette Convertible. As a matter of fact the Mustang had just drove by about 30 seconds prior.

All 3 cars were at the same intersection, which is behind me in this picture.

Nothing special... drove through my favorite spotting village from last year real quick on my way to a family thing...

All in 5 minute

GT-R, been a while

only my 2nd AMG with a 65 in it

T-bird

Viper

and Flying Spur... Speed? nice wheels anyways.

Nissan Sileighty (S14 front)
Certainly not a real Sileighty (as the front has different color), but garage-built is still awesome.
Also, the beige sedan on the background is 1976 Moskvich 2140 - not so good, but pretty rare in traffic these days.

MGB

OMFGG!!!! Best spot of the year for me so far, my 2nd ever FD!

1960 Buick

E24 M6, caught this guy once a long while back, but not posing so well!

GT V8... 2014?

S6 C6

VW Rabbit Pickup/VW Caddy

That GT is so ... Also in your FD pic there's a yellow Corvette, not sure if it's anything special... nice spots!

Anyways .. look at what my dad saw some days ago:

Dude, you saw a freaking Marmon 8 yesterday, and your freaking best spot of the year is a Mazda? Really, WAT.

 yeah, but both from GT2 and ID I have a pretty strong desire to actually see an FD. One passed me once a couple years ago, a yellow one that I somehow got a photo of. Like, I'd **** my pants to see an R32. They just don't exist here (in Ohio, at least not northeast Ohio.)

Marmon 8 yes is super cool but I didn't know it existed, so there was no satisfaction of anticipation there. Don't get me wrong, it was great to see, and I equally enjoyed looking it up (I didn't know the Make until I got home and looked closely at the photos.)

But if I had to list the car's I'd love to see that I haven't seen yet, yeah, a lot of them would be JDM. Or UK versions of JDM. Not expensive, but many of them great cars. From the 60's-90's anyway.

I need more Mk IV Supras in my life, for example. I've seen 2.

VW Golf Mk1 Cabriolet - most of them stand in rust and pieces...

MGB Roadster but you`ll also recognize bad shape Mitsubishi Cordia which looks overall so 80ies...

Bentley Continental GT with owner who must be proud of his power (463 kW engine!?!) - That rims.

Mercedes Benz M class with an engine running on LPG - rare spot, I guess...

Nice Pontiac Firebird Trans Am on a Dutch trailer, what a beauty.

Wanna be a sports car Seat Leon with mean black attitude and nice exhausts.

Kinda good looking Alfa Romeo 147 body kit.

One of the most reasonable family cars with sporty engine: Skoda Octavia RS

Porsche Cayenne turbo S (Typ 9PA)- questions?
New model starts at 151,702 Euro. What?

Katiegan`s car - the Monster Volkswagen Golf III.

Eh... you're bonkers, my friend :dopey:

Cool Trans Am. Also, a well-tuned Seat Leon can be a real nightmare. I know a few (they're also sold over here and have a very royal following) that are pushing almost 500 hp and can run circles around most sportscars they find on tracks and streets.

Honda CR-Z Hybrid - rarely seen here...

Dodge Charger (LX) R/T - quite massive car it is. Nice colour it has, too.

Appealing tuning on a BMW E36.

If you think that Charger is big you should see that old one. That thing is like a school bus.

I recently saw a Tesla Model S here in Eugene Oregon. I wanted to ask the guy for a ride in it XD

Pics or never happened

So, now, we have a new thread, and new rules:
  • Don't just state the name of the car. Give us a picture at least - even if it's a crap one from a camera phone. If you can't show us the car, how can we believe that you saw it? And don't just replicate an image from Supercars.net or the vendor's web site: we want to see THE car that you saw.

About 2 years ago my son and I were pulling out of the veterinarian's parking lot (in an upper crust summer town), I stopped at the stop sign, looked left and saw a black R8. I looked at my son, he was busy playing a game or texting on his portable distraction device. The black and silver R8 rumbled by at about 25mph and sounded amazing. As the car was around 25 yards past, I asked my son "see that?". He looked up at me and I pointed at the rear end of the R8. I told him "that will probably be the only time in your life you'll see an Audi R8 in the wild and your nose was buried in your phone."

So kiddies, disconnect once in a while lest you miss out on a once in a lifetime opportunity!

Today, i was lucky enough to see a Lancia Aurelia B20 GT, on the way home from work, :) didn't take a pic though.. so no proof, but i know what i saw, and i doubt i'll ever see one again. :(
