Wow. Even in Domestic-dominated Michigan you see them fairly often in the summer time.

We were discussing 02-05 models only.

False badging is a pet peeve of mine.
Mine too, although you almost never see it. I did see an Altima today with a Porsche 'turbo' badge, but it looked pretty modded and who knows - maybe it had a turbo. One of my favorite false badges is
this one, on a 96-02 Range Rover. For all I know, it did have an aftermarket supercharger but it was bone stock on the outside save that badge - which, by the way, is from a supercharged Buick (either a Park Avenue Ultra or a Regal GS).
St. Patrick's Day was very good to me for car spotting, aided by the fact that it was in the 70s here in Denver, which averages mid-50s for this time of year. Here's what I got:
Yes, that's a Dodge Dakota convertible. No, you've never seen one. Or heard of it.
I'm not sure whether or not you can see the smirk on that guy's face, but it's there, because he noticed me photographing his new Maserati.
Colorado Dealer plates. Another shot
here out my mirror. Also saw this guy downtown at the clubs tonight at ~12:45am.
Saw every generation of Corvette today, unless you - like me - consider the '53-'56 a different model.
Bentley Brooklands.
The real highlight of the day:
Being driven by some under-20 kid with no clue:
That's a DB7 V12 Vantage Volante. For all you who thought it was a Jaguar, you're basically right.
Another shot. 👍
