If you'd spent the better half of £90,000 you'd be forgiven for worrying about peasants ruining your "white-bread" grey-blue paint...:D
If I spent the better half of £90,000 on a car, and was worried about getting it scratched, I wouldn't take it shopping. 💡

I saw a Corvette C1.5 yesterday (I think it was a '60). I'll try to put the pic up later today.
Also, I saw a Rabbit pickup, but no pics of that as I didn't realise what it was until we were passed it.

Nothing to rare, just worth taking a picture of though:

The picture makes the car seem white, but it was a nice baby blue color, I need to get a better camera.

But the owner can seem to park correctly....

Hah ha, Corvette C1.5:

Either a '59 or a '60, as suspected. Niether my favorite of the C1.5s (which would be the '62 or '58, probably), nor of the overall C1 range (which would be the '55). But still nice.

From over the weekend...

First new BMW 3 series coupe I've seen. It was in Grand Haven, MI. I was kind of surprised to see it.

Porsche 911 Carrera S turning into Grand Valley college, he got on it too.

My friend and I were planning on going to the GVSU auto show, but we both had to be to work at 4:00 PM that day. What really sucks, is that he lives on campus, and we were planning on meeting-up, but oh-well. The weather was okay-ish, but not great.

...On the subject of GVSU for a moment, I nearly went there, but I'm glad I didn't. Too many rich kids I went to school with are there, and the class sizes are getting too big. I'm happy with Aquinas, and all of the middle-class goodness that goes with it...

...I love Grand Haven, BTW. I spend a lot of time out there in the summer, or at least when I'm not at work. You're usually guaranteed at least one good spot, as I do recall a time in which Ferrari 355s weren't uncommon there...

This thread is worthless without Doug.

Worthless? There has been lots of nice pictures since doug posted last, great thing Doug did (besides all his own pictures) is motivate others to take pictures of good car spottings. Before Doug came along and flooded us with exotics this thread was fairly barren.

No. Your post is worthless without pics and also slightly disrespectful to the people who have spent time taking photos of and posting their sightings. To give some worth to my post...

R33 GT-R, SL500 and Phantom:

Maybach and Evo VI (The Maybach, Phantom and SL500 were all parked outside a cheap but popular dim sum restaurant, also with an XJR)

The Skyline is a very cool picture! 👍 Wish we had R-33 here in the States to see on the streets.

And I hope that Evo looks better in person than it does in that picture because that color does not look very good on it in the picture.

It is a factory colour though, but it looks slightly more purple in my photo due to the lighting.

Okay, I can see the purple tint the car has because of the lighting. It may not be that bad of a color in person, but I have a hard time seeing Evo's in a color other than red, yellow, or white. Maybe I am the only one that sees Evo's that way though.

This thread is also worthless with comments like that. Doug was banned for repeated lack of respect.
Please find some yourself.

I've been seeing this in front of my house for about the past two months now. I believe it's from Germany judging by the plates.

The picture was taken from my cellphone, so i apologize for the poor image quality

I was going to say the exact same thing! In fact, you can add; Spitfire (named after the most famous British fighter plane from WWII) Mk IV in British Racing Green; on a bumpy city street; coach lighting shop; and a car with a hot pink paint job. How much more British can you get in just one pic? :D:tup:

Roo, if you walk pastthe Hotel Crillon, you're sure to see a wide array of impressive cars.

The last time I walked by there was a Rolls Royce, two Bentley Continentals, a Hummer H1, a Porsche Carrera GT, a Ferrari F355 and a Lambo Diablo. All in the same place at the same time.

I'm guessing that's the one with the Bentley and old Ferrari? I would've stopped longer - there was an SL 55 AMG there too - but I was trailing my sister and dad the whole time, taking photos and running after them.

BTW: if anyone wants larger sized pictures (3000 x 2000 pixels, approx 2.5mb each) let me know and I'll try to email them or something.
