Yay! I thought Impala, and on a previous page Cutlass. Cano would be so proud of me.

And I love the shot of the Mustang/CRZ/STi. Seriously. F'ing mind blowing shot. If I were you when I took that shot I'd have cried for an hour and peed my pants a little.

Other shots are pretty fun, too. Why the Prius? The S14 pretty cool (look at that freaking camber on the front!.) S16 FTW (Over Rev!? anybody?) And yeah, the original GT-R, that's definitely going to cap your trip. A.Maze.Ing.

Hakosuka Skyline on Hayashi Streets!!! That just made this page.

This literally was my face when I saw the thing
I parked the rental car and walked through the car park, nothing interesting, so I went shopping. When I came out an hour later, there it was, 1 row in front of my car, so I ran and got my camera out of my packpack and hurried back to shoot it. Other drivers just saw a Chinese hut job running around a car park.

Thank you Jeff

I wish I had a wider angle lens to capture those cars, I did see the newest Mustang with a silver stripe in Osaka, but circumstances made it impossible to shoot. I shot the Prius because it had an interesting kit, and I personally quite like the styling of the Prius, don't kill me.
I'm glad someone appreciates the S16, its a crazy little car that is under-appreciated, mostly because how civil it looks. The GT-R was definitely the icing on the cake. If I had only 1 chance to shoot 1 car on my trip, that would be it.

My eyes are still a little wet looking back at that STi/Stang/CRZ shot, but I also noticed, that 1st Integra shot is pretty great composition, too. The odd tile block siding of the building, the plants and their stands, that red thing, gas meter, barred window... very lucky or good eye to think to take that photo.

I find it strangely awesome.
One of my favorite hot hatches. I don't think I've ever seen an S16 here in Poland...
Somebody hand me a tissue

You said it, it took me a while to think of a way to shoot that, I wanted to show this car as an every day car, with an average owner, so I wanted to include the home it belonged to. I liked the way only the nose of the car was revealed, so that in itself draws attention to the car. I was backed into a wall with my 50mm so I had to stand further away to one side in order to capture more than just the hole. I guess the result is half luck and half attempt at a better composition. I'm glad you appreciate it.

Those were build to "replace" the 911. Didn't work out so well. But V8. And they drive so good. And fast. I love them.

Yes. But the early models were a bit under powered, when Porsche lumped in the 32V engine the 928 became truly awesome.

So I was at a Porsche dealer and I saw this pull in...

Also i'm just wondering, is it ok to post cars that are in for service at car dealer here?

It is. You didn't know it was gonna be there, it just pulled in. Pretty "in the wild" if you ask me.

Oh no sorry, I mean would it be ok to post cars that are in for work? I've been posting them in the Event and Showroom thread but I was just curious.

So I went on an impromptu one-day-trip to Vegas yesterday, and I saw several nice cars there. I got a decent amount of shots as well. Now keep in mind that I was either in a big hurry or I was in the car moving when I took some of these shots, so some of them are a bit blurry, but you can still make out what the vehicle is and what it looks like.

Totally saw a DeLorean.

Aaand that's all of the pictures. Kthxbai.

Makes a lot of sense. That's clearly a neighborhood where cocaine is probably sold, so why wouldn't there be a 928 somewhere?
 Were there any old W120 mercedes in there somewhere as well?

There is a small car restoration store near my house that I don't really care about what they are restoring, but when I do...

Audi A5 and the Toyota looks like an old Land Cruiser.

And the red Audi in the casino is an A6.

Did you take those on a vacation? Or did Connecticut quietly switch to European style plates and right hand drive? Nice spot on the 599 btw. I've only seen one of those, at a show.

That was vacation in Australia to escape the winter of CT. 599 was in Perth and the Supra and Fiat in Melbourne.

Now I feel stupid for saying European style plates... Oh well I don't study foreign plates, just the cars! Also, what is that red car in the background of the Supra picture? I'm guessing it's probably some old Ford or Holden, but I don't know old Australian cars well either.

Wow, good eye! I didn't even see that until you pointed it out. I'm not sure what that is, maybe some local can help out.

odd, this makes about the 4th I've seen to date, and 2 in the past week... SVT Focus

and can anyone tell me what the heck this is?

Looks like a Pontiac version of the Chevrolet Monza..Don't recall what the Pontiac version was called? Sun fire maybe?
The Monza version could be had with a V8 from the factory.. I owed a 1975 model that was 1 of 1300 or so equipped with 350ci V8..Though most got V6's, some got 305 ci..👍
