Barrett didn't you say that last year????? 31-1 and the 1 game they lost was the one that counted. Im for the team with the most canucks on it cause I don't really give a crap about it. How many teams are there in the NCAA 100s cause isn't there 64 in march madness alone even tho most of it happens in April and the NCAA makes billions of dollars off pretty much free labor. Even if I lived down there I wouldn't pay any attention to NCAA.

I know this if pretty far off but Im going to be away from April 22nd to April 30th so Ill miss 2 nights this season if you guys wanna find a way to run DERL for 2 weeks have at it. So barrett and kz if you guys want to run this league for 2 nights and a week and a half have at it and see how easy it is cause I guarantee you'll have some sort of lag and room crashing issue and people not liking races. Also if you guys want who ever it might be to host once I leave on April 22nd to not hear from me till Im back on the ground in toronto or I can help find races and do all the other stuff besides doing results cause I wont be able to save replays and all that. And obviously if you guys still want to run DERL some body has to do them and the info I need is what you see On my results page for each night to then put it into the xcel doc. Or we can not run DERL for 2 weeks and make my life much easier cause I don't have to try and figure out what everyone says for the results and I wont have to miss any races which will make it much easier for me to win the championship cause if we are some how able to do 40 races ill have to drop all of those so when I get back and before I leave I cant miss anymore races. So its up to you guys run the league see how easy it is for a week and a half and make my life if it works more difficult to win the championship or not want to deal with the hassle of hosting for 4 or 5 hours twice having all of your cars already bought and run the risk of people going the wrong way and having to leave to kick them and people not knowing whats going on. Personally it doesn't matter very much cause if you guys dont want to it makes my life easier when Im on vacation to not have to worry about how the night is going. On the flip side I dont want to mess up the flow of DERL so for the sake of the league I'd like somebody to step up to do this. Im also ok with say 4 people doing the results 1 per race or 2 host 1 per night but what I'd like to avoid is 4 hosts per night or the races going till 2 or 3am cause of problems so the night should end as our normal time 1230-100 and if the results don't make sense cause who ever did them did a crappy job posting them of whatever Ill just throw that one out. One way steves game recorder will help is he can record them I can look over them on there but thats only if something isnt adding up and cause I cant watch it till after I get back so that will be after 2 weeks of racing so one week wont have a definitive night winner unless you guys can figure out how to do it legit so I dont want to see team mopar leading every lap in every race or or finishing 1-2-3-4 in every race when we all not its very unlikely that will have very much.

300+ division 1 schools. 1200+ schools in the NCAA altogether (division 1 2 & 3) Embry Riddle is D-2 btw :) 68 teams in the national tournament but there's also the NIT and CBI. Every round is in March along with the conference tournaments except for the final 4 round and the championship game. The labor is not exactly free. The athletes receive a full scholarship. Includes room and board, books, food etc. unless you're a 'walk on'. Stop thinking you know everything :banghead:

That is true about my recorder and I could try hosting for one of the nights?
 
1200 teams!!!!!! I heard that some kids that come from poor families can't afford food so either what I heard was wrong which I think is unlikely or they've changed which I doubt. Great they get a scholarship but that's the school not the NCAA so including the insane amount of sponsors and that they have very little cost to quote Jon Stewart "it's nothing but net" with the money they make cause I believe they're a 'non profit'so they pay no taxes or close to no taxes. How can every round be in March it started yesterday and they have to do 6 rounds and over 60 games in 12 days come on that's not possible. And only what 1% of all the players in the ncaa make the nba and you can't argue that only a tiny percentage of players in the ncaa make the nba cause they're are that many teams and how many per team 15 that makes around 1800 players how many are in the draft every 200 so that means that if ever player in the ncaa basketball tournament this year want to get drafted and make a legit living will have to wait 9 years. Also since the schools want they're players to practice and what not they give them stupid courses to keep they're marks up so even if they don't get tio the nba they aren't going to or are going to have a hard time getting a good job.

I learned this on last week tonight with John Oliver so watch it there's also plenty of other good episodes he's done.

Trying to figure out why this is hard to understand. Not all 67 games are played at one arena. And I said every round except the Final 4 and championship game is played in March.

If the 30 NBA teams had 15 players that would be 450 not including the D-League. The draft is two rounds so 60 players with around 10 or so international players usually drafted. This makes it very hard for an athlete to go pro unless they want to play overseas.

I have no idea about the classes but I've heard of scandals. Most should hopefully be taking the classes they need for their major but in the case of Ben Simmons, Freshman at LSU, he is said to be taken #1 overall. If I was in his position I could care less about my classes and I bet you once he's drafted he will never return to school.
 
What are you talking about ER we're racing and ya get info about the problems in the NCAA from they're website cause that won't be bias at all. And what if you aren't going to be taken first overall and you have a crappy education.

What do you mean get problems. I cited the rule they passed for athletes to be allowed unlimited food. He's going to be taken high. I'm not saying it's the righht move or smart move, that's just what he's going to do. Leave after one year and never return
 
When did that happen? A week ago. Watch John Oliver's thing on the NCAA I think it'll change you opinion.
 
How long has the NCAA existed? I'm guessing 40 years so for 39 of the 40 years existence of the NCAA kids from poor families have had trouble eating.

I'm not thinking about any other sport right now. It's basketball time and that is what is important at the moment.

Here is the frame by frame of JK and Mega at the finish of the last race. It is literally a tie as far as I can tell, I don't know where the exact location of the scoring loop is though,

I beat him bull but it was an epic finish yet.
 
What steve look at the first one Im ahead and the 2nd one its dead even. Still tie goes to laps led for nights and overall wins and then laps led.
