How about you don't do that so the person who does buy it can use the code?
 
If it's the UPC we use then the code is the same on every can of the same product, surely they wouldn't make it that easy?

Just to test it, anyone want to send me a UPC you already used to see if the website would give me a usable code?

No, they are idiots for using the upc instead of something like a code inside a wrapper...but that would be hard to do on a can of gel. It will likely be on Amazon by the end of the week. Don't know about the AUP since it is just a product's upc.
 
Well Mods can snoop through PMs and you have to follow the AUP with PMs also so I want to make sure it's ok so I don't get banned lol.
 
Is this available in Aus? I don't ever recall seeing the Edge cream in stores anywhere!? I'll have to go hunt it down.

Confirmed. It's what you enter at edgeshave.com if you bought the shaving gel. You register with an email address, your first and last name, and your street address then hit submit. Then you click if you are using a code for the razors or the shaving gel. Then you click which DLC you want and you enter the UPC (if you bought the gel) and it gives you a PSN DLC code.

I actually went back to the site and gave them a fake email, name, and an address to a random UPS store to get that screenshot lol. TB I don't think seems to mind but if it isn't allowed I will delete it and someone else has already posted one from Amazon. The one on my can is 841058005261.
 
On a related note, how is DLC going to work in this game? (or does)

In order to race the DLC cars online, each console would need to have the data files to display that car, making the DLC cars like the Stealth and Chromeline simply unlockables. Perhaps the liveries are stored centrally and loaded around a bare model at runtime?

Download file was only 100KB so it most likely is just an unlockable feature.

Should OP be updated or should someone make a FREE USABLE SCHICK/EDGE CODES thread? We are a community, and I honor my neighbor, and all my neighbors deserve free dlc.

TO MY KNOWLEDGE- No US DLC works on a EU console, and no EU DLC works on a US console. No one on this side of the pond could get the Chromeline Jaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaag

Also, from the fine print-
"2010 Chevrolet Camaro SS is only available to legal U.S. residents with a PlayStation®Network ("PSN") account who are 13 or older."
So no Canada or Europe availability, either. Sorry everyone.
