All the DLC touring cars are 🤬 i thought the power, PP etc would be similar so you could have nice races but they're not :( tbh i feel the car DLC was a waste. Guess i'll have to keep waiting on premium touring cars in GT5.

I 've been doing great races online on Spa with DLC only. Limite the pp to 600 and it'll work. Some will need to add a turbo and then downtune abit but everyone can hit 600. Not sure about Miata and prius, subaru and Mitsu. But the rest race unbelievable close.

Great races and the first saved replays here in a long time! 👍

I was going moreso on the looks department than the outright performance (I know that GT cars are RWD only for starters...)

To you it might but to me it looks more like the GT1... the exaust is in the same place as the GT1 (as opposed to the GT3 front side exaust) and the hood is definitly closer to the GT1, the only thing similar to the GT3 is the rear wing but even that is diferent

Agreed. Take the sound of thunder and smell of gasoline out of racing and its not really racing anymore.
 
Another question about the DLC touring cars: Can any be used in the German Touring Car Championship event? I really don't like the Lexus concept car, and it's the only one with a premium cockpit view that can be used in that event.

I think that a world with less pollution is more important than loud and smelly racing (even being the best racing this way)...but that's me :p
 
is it just me that the dlc cars have long gear ratio like gear 5 lasts forever. How do i fix it or is it just me lol?

Hybrids still have gasoline or some form of internal combustion engine...

I thought racing was more about using the best and latest technology to win. I don't agree with the hybrid thing either (hydrogen fuel cells are the way to go), but eventually fossil fuels will be obsolete, and its use in racing will be gone.
 
The prius TC sounds horrible, i tried competiting it in the tsukuba 9hr, but after 5 laps i gave up, because the sound was driving me insane!

haha That is just awesome. I didn't expect anyone had the balls to do that. Doesn't look terrible; I'd take it out for dinner and a movie.

There's only 6-8 more hours till DLC is up in North America. I hope midnight is the time it'll be released.

We get the DLC when the US Store updates. Which will most likely be tomorrow evening. You still got another 24 hours.
