I know to win the ticket 1000 I need to do 100 races and/or drive 2000km in A -spec mode or on seasonal events. But do online races count for both races and distance?

I'm almost sure they don't... since the mileage of the cars after you race online remains unaltered... or at least is what I've seen in my cars... I'm not a very avid online racer, so I might be wrong... Let's wait for someone else to clear our doubt :)

They patched it back in either 1.05 or 1.06 so mileage does go up on the car. However I'm not all that sure if racing online goes towards mileage on a 1000 ticket. I know that B-Spec miles don't count for one...

Yes you can recieve a ticket 1000 doing the seasonal races, I got one the other day. I'm not sure exactly how it works though. I'm pretty sure I didn't cover the mileage requirement racing only the event where I won the ticket. It seems to me that I covered the mileage over several events combined.

Mileage is split across events, yes. I haven't watched close enough to know if offline practice counts or if it's just races.

Seasonal events are not the same as true online racing, though. I've received several 1,000s from seasonals. Don't know for online racing though. I guess get a ticket, then play heavily and exclusively online for two weeks. If you don't get one, and don't get one for your first offline/seasonal race, you have your answer.

I'm sure someone here already knows the answer for a fact.

You do get some mileage from online racing, but it is very small. It is odd. You can do 60 miles but the car only shows 2.

is this ticket 1000 rare i got it and used it and i got a ****astic mercadies <- yea i.k. is misspelled

You may also accrue mileage through practice mode on any track with any car...I won a ticket after exiting a practice session at Tsukuba...I also check the total mileage in my profile after every ticket and it is always just a few km's above a multiple of 2000.
Just check your profile every once in awhile to follow your progress as to how far you'll need to go behind the wheel for your next ticket...👍

When I used to do the Lightweight Cup Seasonal at the Eifel Cart track, I did it about 100 times and got a ticket after.

What? You may want to check your spelling.

Anyway, as the online menu shows your A-Spec level and you get money + XP for racing, i would consider it does.

I've been doing a lot more online racing lately and to me it now looks like the race wins don't count but the mileage does. At least that's what it looks like on my profile.

No. Neither distance nor races are done in A-spec (reads: career mode).

This. The free runs before the actual online race don't add any miles to the car; the race itself does. You won't get a ticket 1000 for it though, as it's not A-Spec.
