I have played this game ever since Christmas.
I am level 38 (and a bit) A spec, 40 B spec, have all the licenses (although majority bronze, plenty of silver and four or five golds... not spent much time on them though).
I have won just about every Seasonal Event, with the exception of the Expert Challenge where my best is second.
I have just about every single LM and C race car out there, with the exception of the Nissan 89 and a couple of Jags.... every single one bought from the UCD / OCD or NCD.
I only ever did one trade, to get an X2010 for B spec, but since won one.
I have gold cups for every single A spec race, except the endurances over 4 hours and the FGT race, which I haven't bothered with yet.
Now here's the secret.... that blo*dy GT All Stars Championship... the Nurb..... I just cannot for the life of me win it in a normal race car! I did get gold but did it in the X2010.
I've just been trying again... the Mazda, the Bentley, the 908, the BMWs, the 905, Nissan 92.... you name it, I can't do it.
I cannot avoid the damned grass, the cars decide to go dancing the minute the tyres even smell grass, and once I'm on the grass, it's a b*gger getting off it.
I see all these times of 5 minutes and a bit and wonder how on earth do they do it?
Hats off to all of you that can pull fast times on that track. I think it separates the men from the boys. It really is a different beast to any other track in the game.
