Do you use anything to improve your eyesight?

I wear Glasses all the time. My eyes used to change every 6 months and I would constantly have new glasses. But with my age, they have evened out a bit now and stabalized. I have 2 pairs for glasses, pink and black, and white and black.

I look better with glasses than without, I look younger without! I think so anyway. :)

I have glasses, but i only wear them in the classroom, in the cinema and when i drive a car.
if i had sun glasses i would wear them more often.

Glasses and Contacts.

Worn glasses since I wa sabout 8 so making the change to contacts has never sort of appealed so much. But I do wear contacs a few times a week. Usually for footie and goin out, so much easier to wear them in bars now that the smoking ban is in place.

Though having a stigmatism means I don't get perfect eyesight from my contacts :( In future though I'm definatley looking to laser surgery.

I like glasses. I've always worn them, and for the past few years I've used them not only to improve my vision, but for style also. They're a nice accessory. A pain in the ass, but nice.

Speaking of pain in the ass, these new ones are bugging the hell out of me. Imagine putting a rectangular lens on a camera...yeah. WACK.

I wear contact lenses all the time. Well, I take them out at night, and wear glasses to give my eyes an occasional rest.

I use to have 20/20 vision, then I bought a PS2. Now I wear glasses all the time.........

I have very mild short sightedness. Something like 0.25 or 0.5 iirc. I found out my eyesight wasn't as good as it needed to be a week before my driving test when I struggled reading number plates a certain distance away. Luckily spec-savers sorted me out with some driving/reading glasses two days before my test. I hardly wear them now, just sometimes when Im at the back of a lecture hall.

I do have a pair of glasses I just don't use them. I was told I'm slightly short sighted however, I really see no difference with or without the glasses.

i now what you mean. And the glasses are way to small.
I had to look a while to find one with bigger and rounder glasses.

I actually wear tri-focal glasses...yes my eyes are that bad. My prescription is like -6 in both eyes and I can't remember what the magnifying part it.

I wear contacts mostly, I probably wear my glasses 1 day a week and that depends on if I am just staying at home or if I have things to do where people might see me. (I hate glasses).
I have just gone to a stronger prescription which has compromised my close up vision which is annoying. I have two choices to fix that, wear reading glasses or change from daily wear contact lenses to 2 weekly ones which I can get in bi-focals. I don't want either so I'm just trying to avoid anything close up - hard when you work in front of a computer screen all day.

I've worn glasses for nine years now. I'm on my 5th or 6th prescription of lens strength. It seems to be leveling off though, thankfully.

I’m a bit of an anomaly – my left eye is 20/30 (slightly farsighted), my right eye is something like 20/100 (severely nearsighted), but my overall vision is 20/20. Not exactly sure how that works out.

I've got a pair of glasses I wear from time-to-time, mostly to clear up my vision which can get a bit blurry when too close or too far away. Its kinda like going back and fourth between NTSC and HDTV, its not really that bad to begin with, but with my glasses on, the details are that much better.

...Really only wear them while in class (sometimes) or occasionally at work when I have to do a lot of reading...

I have what you call "Emo glasses" and if you call mine that, I'll shall end you.:sly:👍

I've had these glasses since 7th grade, since my eyes have barely changed since then. I've got 4 other pairs, but I've never worn them, I love these too much. :dopey:

:odd:

Heh, that smiley applies to this.

My eyes are fine under normal conditions. But since I take antidepressant my eyelenses don't focus anymore, so my eyesight is very poor at the moment. This should clear up when I stop taking these poisonous pills.
