Do You Wear Shoes When Using a Wheel with Pedals?

It's hot here right now so I use barefeet ftw. When it's cold I usually use socks because the metal on the G27 pedals are usually cold. I never wear shoes or jandals because I just don't it feels weird.

Since its winter and my Pedals are Metal. *G27* my feet are cold as hell. i like my Sockies warm and have decent grip on the pedals

Even in summer i will wear Sockies

Thats why sockies are awesome

best advice guys. wear tight slippers there just like a pair of sparco racing shoes lol

Socks, because Logitech pedals are crap and I need to protect them from my sweaty feet.
Shoes are too big, especially to heel/toe.

Never shoes because I simply don't have any indoor shoes and don't feel a need to get any. Always sockies for me, but sometimes 2 pairs because I freeze easily on my toes.

Yes they are I wear shoes personally my socks slide of randomly sounds dumb I know but when racing and your foot slides of the brake it gets intense lol

I drive with Fanatec CSP v2 and the breaking forces are pretty high and way too much to be comfortable with socks. I drive with Sperry Driving Moccasins, they are light, very comfortable, very flexible and with excellent traction.

HA-ha! I'm just used to it I guess, nothing to do with talent. Not Basketball shoes, more like a casual hiking shoe trainer type thingy.

I wear socks, but I don't really prefer to... I'd prefer if I could find a setup for my G27 that allowed me to wear my shoes and heel and toe. But when wearing shoes my feet are crowded and rub.

Nonetheless, I don't really have a setup that I like, as I don't even have an angle I can heel and toe with. Then again my "setup" is a $30 sawhorse from homedepot and a convenient ikea Poang chair.

I also left foot brake when I'm not using the clutch, though I've never done it in "the real world".
