Great news for me as I have Netflix and not Binge/Kayo
Opposite for me. I have Foxtel and not Netflix. lol

My brother was talking about possibly getting it though recently. Might to end up splitting it with him.

To be honest I wonder why I still kept my Netflix subscription around. I got it myself to rewatch Dinotrux then checked out some anime on browsing and rewatch some movies but nothing to stick by to hop on it every month, guess WWE will be perfect justification to keep it now.

So if I'm anything to go by, good move for both WWE and Netflix

Maybe good for Netflix, but how many viewers will WWE lose?

Probably not a lot. Network TV is on a decline and the Streaming Bubble has yet to receive the worse effects of the burst yet.
Especially in Australia - I don't believe WWE has been rated in any of the top 20 daily programs in Australia (granted, it airs at anytime between 9am-11am, depending on the event and daylight savings).

In my boat.. well I get free Netflix through my phone plan, and as myself in Canberra and my sister in Newcastle were sharing my mum's Foxtel account (in rural NSW) and was paying $130ish a month for the superduper plan, well I just convinced them all to swap to Binge+Kayo last month since mum doesn't use the tv channels/box for it anymore anyways (worked out at $47 a month total for us to swap), so I'm stuck with both.

Hopefully the library either stays, or goes to Netflix. As long as it doesn't disappear. I just almost finished creating my list of every event that features an AWA/WWE/WCW/NWA/ECW Title change, plus every title match pre-PPV that exists on there. So.. would be shame for that list to go to waste.

The War Raiders returned to Raw last night, it was the Viking Raiders back to the persona they have used in NXT, New Japan and ROH so they have ditched the Viking stuff, both members had been out with injury and it was the first time in nearly a year that they have been on Raw, they beat Alpha Academy in the first round of the tag tournament they started.

The only other newsworthy thing was Jimmy Uso trying to get Jey back to help him and Roman but Jey told him to get out of his face, Raw was taped last week because of the UK tour this week so it was never going to be a big show, main event was Rhea & Tiffany Stratton v Liv & Raquel which went to a DQ when Nia got involved.

Oh dear. Jey Uso appearing on Smackdown to confront Solo totally means the Bloodline are going to cost him his IC belt, doesn't it?

Seems like the most logical way to get him back with Roman and Jimmy.

Roman and Jimmy got beatdown again with the Bloodline standing tall for the second week running, Jey made an appearance to confront Solo, Cody is still occupied by the stupid side quest, Randy Orton wants Kevin Owens at Crown Jewel, MCMG beat Los Garza and A-Town Down Under in a triple threat on their debut and will face DIY next week who beat Street Profits and Pretty Deadly, the winners next week will get a tag title shot, Lash Legend beat Piper Niven in her singles debut on the main roster.

Next week its Andrade v Carmelo part VII with LA Knight as special guest ref, plus a face off between Cody and Gunther, Michael Cole missed last night's show and it was Corey and Wade as the comms team, Corey said that Cole was on 'special assignment' but I don't know if that was the real reason, he's only missed a handful of shows in his career.

Samantha Irvin has indeed announced that she is leaving WWE and that it could be her last Raw (I don't think she said that bit in her statement) sadly I don't think this is a big surprise after Ricochet left but she will definitely be missed, she is such a great announcer with a great singing voice.

Jey Uso v Bron Breakker IC title match tonight, also Seth Rollins and Bronson Reed face-to-face plus a couple of tag title tournament matches.

I wish the fans would simmer the 🤬 down about. Both Ricochet and Irvin are getting harrassed for it with crazy conspiracies about both WWE amd AEW.

Samantha will be dearly missed, but on the bright side, Lilian Garcia will be her replacement full-time.

Called it. I am going to need Bron Breakker vs Jacob Fatu sooner rather than later though.

I had a funny feeling a certain announcer was going to replace Samantha Irvin. And that announcer I had in mind... was EXACTLY whom I thought would replace Samantha. TRUE STORY (no spoiler).

Wake me up when the whole Bloodline thing is finally over

When you think Raw is a safe haven from that god awful storyline only for them to rear their ugly head to grab Jey Uso back into (I mean we knew it was coming but still ).

And the same people complain Rhea looking strong is repetitive . Unless Kevin Owens finally gets a massive W after years of being their jobbing boy by soloing every Somoan and the Tongas in dominant fashion the payoff is far off from being worth it...

I was a bit surprised that they didn't even mention Samantha on Raw last night, it would've been nice for her just to say goodbye in person and its like she has been erased, Melzer has reported that she wants to focus more on her music and that the AEW move is not on the cards right now but I'd be surprised if they at least didn't make her on offer. She was only with WWE for three years but she made quite the impact.

some conflicting reports about Lillian Garcia, I've heard that she is only a temporary replacement.

No surprise about the outcome of the IC title match and a lot of people called it, the Bron-Jacob stare down was great though, Seth Rollins v Bronson Reed made official for Crown Jewel.

MUSC4EVER, they did mention Samantha in terms of saying she's working on other projects. Now if you mean like Samantha giving a passionate goodbye or something, I can understand you.

Smackdown tonight.

Andrade v Carmelo Hayes part VII-LA Knight as special guest referee.
DIY v Motor City Machine Guns-tag title tournament final.
Cody Rhodes and Gunther face to face.
Roman Reigns appearance

Motor City Machine Guns are the new WWE tag team champions in only their second week on with the company, they beat DIY in the number one contenders match and then had their tag title match with the Bloodline, the title match was a typical Bloodline match with a ref bump and distractions with Roman, Jimmy and Jey getting involved and the Uso's did reunite after.

MCMG won the tag titles in only their third match and it felt like a big deal with pyro going off after, Tama and Tonga's title reign lasted for 84 days and I think it was a success as they did defend the titles a few times unlike Judgment Day who have only had one title defense in over 100 days.

Elsewhere three matches have been made for Crown Jewel next Saturday, Randy Orton v Kevin Owens, a fatal four way for the women's tag titles with Belair/Cargill defending against Damage CTRL, Green/Niven and Legend/Jackson. Plus a triple threat match for the US title with LA Knight defending against Andrade and Carmelo Hayes, the seventh match between Andrade and Hayes was a dud after Knight got involved and hit the BFT on both of them.

Samantha Irvin come out saying the reason why she left is because she wanted to do something else other than being an announcer but WWE saw nothing for her besides that

Just dropping this here for no particular reason what so ever that has nothing to do with todays episode of Raw, surely

Dominik Mysterio surprisingly beat Damien Priest via a roll up in the main event but of course there was a lot of distractions from the rest of Judgment Day, Damien's face was priceless when he lost and he battered Judgement Day after, War Raiders are number one contenders for the world tag titles after they beat Rey/Dragon Lee and New Day in the triple threat match.

A six man tag team match has been made for Crown Jewel with Roman and the Usos taking on the Bloodline, the Usos hugged it out at the start of Raw then they saw Sami Zayn talking to Solo Sikoa after.

Good stuff happening in NXT, next weeks show will got head to head with AEW Dynamite as the US Election forces a schedule change in America, the show will come from the 2300/ECW Arena in Philadelphia and will see Bubba/Bully Ray Dudley appearing and teaming up with NXT Champ Trick Williams taking on Ethan Page and Ridge Holland. The women's division on the show is looking stacked again with the debuts of Guilia, Stephanie Vaquer and Zaaria.

Rhea Ripley made an appearance on last night show and she then got attacked by Liv & Dominik in the parking lot, she looked bloody and genuinely hurt, WWE has reported that she suffered a fractured orbital socket and will be out of action for an 'undisclosed' amount of time, and its since been reported that Ripley does have an injury of some sort so last night could be a way of writing her off TV for a while.

Rhea Ripley did actually suffer a fractured orbital socket and apparently it happened last week during Raw when she headbutted Liv Morgan, its not known how long she will be out but its a blow for her as she has not long come back from a three-month layoff and its two injuries in a year, I bet she will be the favorite to win the Royal Rumble now though!

So there has been some WWE news today, but first here is the card for Crown Jewel on Saturday.

Randy Orton v Kevin Owens

WWE Women's Tag Team Championship-Fatal Four Way Match.
Bianca Belair & Jade Cargill (c) v Chelsea Green & Piper Niven v Damage CTRL v Lash Legend & Jakarta Jackson

Seth 'Freakin' Rollins v 'Big' Bronson Reed

Women's Crown Jewel Championship.
Nia Jax v Liv Morgan

Roman Reigns & The Usos v The Bloodline

Men's Crown Jewel Championship
Cody Rhodes v Gunther

Triple H said today that winners of the Crown Jewel matches will get a championship ring as well as the title, tonight's Smackdown was taped last week to allow for the travel to Saudi.

So the breaking news in the last hour is that there have been some WWE releases. Baron Corbin, Tegan Nox and Indi Hartwell have been released.

Crown Jewel was good for what it was, Cody and Liv won the Crown Jewel titles. Cody v Gunther was a great main event but it seemed to finish quite abruptly with Cody pinning Gunther from out of nowhere, Liv beat Nia after the usual distractions from Dom, Raquel and Tiffany.

Solo' Bloodline beat Roman's Bloodline in a good opening match with Roman surprisingly taken the pin from Solo, Roman Jimmy and Jey got attacked after and Sami Zayn tried to make the save but ended accidently kicking Roman in the face, Bianca and Jade retained their tag titles as did LA Knight with his US title and that was a good fun match, Seth beat Bronson Reed but it took three stomps from Seth to put Reed down for the three count including one on the steel stairs and a super stomp from the top rope. Owens and Orton didn't get going as KO attacked Orton with a chair before the bell and then a big brawl followed during which KO stunned a referee and Orton RKO'd Adam Pearce.

Raw tomorrow night is also taking place from Riyadh and a big fatal four match number one contenders match has been made where the winner will face Gunther for his world title. Seth Rollins, Damien Priest, Dominik Mysterio and Sheamus are the participants.
