Downgrade PS (Horsepower)

Has everyone know to downgrade the PS (horsepower) from cars in GT6???
In GT5 there was the engine limited, there is in GT6 and where can i find it?

Enter the car setup, click on the "power" tab, on top of the screen is the powerlimiter, default 100%
