This. If it can be done in license tests, it surely can be done as part of drag challenges (if PD ever decides to implement that feature, anyway).

When will people learn to understand that drag races are held at 1/8 and 1/4 mile drag strips only? There aren't such things as 1/2 or full mile races in real life sanctioned drag racing. And since when is the Bonneville Salt Flats used for drag racing? It's used for nothing but breaking speed records.

EDIT: As for which drag strip(s) could or should be included in GT5, Infineon Raceway or Bandimere Speedway are the most likely ones I'd say.

Nice seaside drag strip... Well, not a proper drag strip, I don't think they even race, but whatever.
