If it's any consolation, remember you only need bronzes to get the licence. Of course with some of the S tests, that's not much consolation.
Of course, you could get GTC, and win all races on medium difficulty then earn 10,000,000 creds for your GT3 save game and bronze cups for any licence test not yet passed. If it all gets too much, y'know?
