it is so bloody hard to drift now after the update that was out few months ago! i hate it :( its like no point to even drift anymore! its easier to drift on the new race with the lotus (in that lotus race) then it is to drift in drift mode.

There is a GT5P drift forum. I'll move this there now, shall I?

Well at HSR is a good place for speed drifting.
My settings are for race and grip so I can just change my driving style ;)

Drifting seems to be easier now. Take a corvette stock to Fuji and S3's and you are fine for all corners

as everyone will tell you, practice makes better. It's definately no easy feat pulling off nice clean drifts, especially linking them. It's do-able you just need the time to practice and get a feel for it. There are lots of tips and how-to's on here that would help as well. Put it this way, nothing worth having or doing is easy! If you truly enjoy/love drifting you do what it takes to get where you want to be. :)👍

you need to put professionnal physics dude!!!drifting as never been soo good in gran turismo stop your bull****.

Well what problem are you having because I went through the same phases

Well.. Personally, after any update, I have failed to notice any change

HAHA, idk, I think something's wrong with me, but I've been noticing S3 tires on my usual cars seem to be more... Slippery than usual, or it might just be that my technique's changed a little

Idk, but drifting's been as good as it's ever been, at least for me :dopey:

Martinz shhh noob

well before the update i found it very easy to drift i was no noob at it
but after the update i find its alot harder for the car to start sliding into a drift. even if i use handbreak or break and turn and accelerate it doesn't go into a drift.

Well since you say your no noob at drifting the only advice I can give you is practice!

not sure how you drift as everyone has their own style/technique, but i find the FEINT very successful. depending on your speed, just turning into the turn and power-over can be harder and understeer. just practice and try to correct your mistakes...you know you're getting better when you can recognize what you're doing wrong. :)👍
