EA has been holding back Sony Features

To continue this EA hate, I just heard about NFL 10. You can pay to have your quarterback do something special ONCE, then you would have to pay again to have something else special. Thats right, you can pay for a one off move from your team on ONE play, you can also pay to have extra experience points for a limited amount of time. Now I know someones going to say you don't have to pay for that, but seriously how outrageous is that? These 'consumables' for sale are just stupid, someone else is going to pick up on this and think hmm, we'll make an outrageously difficult level but have a 'consumable' so people pay to have overpowered item/weapon/power for one mission only.

Honestly, thats the worst thing I've heard for the industry since I started gaming about 10 years ago. I mean if you could earn it somehow in the game itself it would make it sense but these consumables you pay for, you use, thats it, you can't get it any other way.

Looks almost like a direction of a corrupt(my opinion, obviously) corporation. Companies are always looking to increase profits. They believe that is their survival. But good leadership will know where to draw the line, preventing greed from taking over company's integrity.

As if they need more profits from a game they hold exclusive rights to? What annoys me most though is they'll probably make a tonne of money from it and validate it with 'if you don't want it don't use it'. I mean, most people here would never consider it, but the fact is alot of people will, those with more money then sense (there's alot of those people!), it's the fear of this kind of thing effecting other games and companies who will see it and think wow, I can make alot of money like that and cash in with their own consumables.

Paying to unlock things already in the game is one thing, but paying to unlock things for ONE goddamn play is outrageous. Notice how they've also clearly targeted the US with this, people over here, even the most casual of gamers with all the money in the world would avoid it and NFL doesn't really sell anywhere except the states. Now I'm not sure if the US public would take it up, but I can't help feeling that they will and EA clearly has reason to believe so to.

I would be embarrassed to send that letter with my name on it. Who wrote that? Oh, a middle-schooler.

I'll bite on this one. The only reason why I don't even need a cross chat while in-game is distraction. Hey, I love silence while driving and racing in the game. Cross chat is only needed in FPS shooters or in lobbies. Oddly enough, it is just a rumor. EA is not responsible for this, I know.
