You use the same steering lock on every car? Or do you switch everytime? :)

Anybody with the PS5 version of the game, could you let me know if there is Motion Controls are available for the steering settings on controller?

Xbox Series X
Xbox SX controller
Sensitivity - 60
Linearity - 4
Vibration - All increased to 150.

Vibration felt a bit weak at first but going to 150 bought some feel back. The sensitivity and linearity settings are WIP but these feel good so far.

Didn't notice this thread.

My Xbox Controller settings are:
  • Steering Sensitivity = 100
  • Steering Linearity =5
The sensitivity change gives you a good feeling of control, and linearity 5 helps to reduce the twitchiness (especially on tarmac). Steering feels slightly more direct than DR2.0 hence needing higher linearity for me.

I based my settings off experiences in DR2.0 and GRiD, using PJTierney's video:

Wheel Friction and Tyre Friction both to 100?

Some G29 settings would be much appreciated if there’s any about yet, loving it but could do with more force feedback as it seems a bit loose at times

Found out the answer myself while playing through the rally lessons, there is no option for motion sense steering in the game

Omg thank you so much I was just about to give up on the game completely until I found your suggestion 🙏

Day 1 early access wasted as TGT-II was not immediately recognized. After some searching I found a workaround:

I’ve already resolved it by myself. When connecting the steering wheel for the first time, the controller shouldn’t be connected. After disconnecting the controller and only having the steering wheel connected, the game recognized it.

UPDATE:

The wheel was finally recognized after changing from the stock GT rim to my Sparco R383. Button configurations/bindings are a complete mystery however. The current result is fumbling around and guesswork.

I don’t own a H-pattern shifter, I have a high-end sequential that’s compatible on Xbox.
