Something that's not too hard, once you're used to the track:
Grab a Dodge Ram.
Don't do any weight reduction.
Buy the Sports Hard tires/tyres.
Buy the full suspension, drivetrain, transmission upgrades.
Buy the ECU.
If you have trouble winning, buy the Supercharger.
Set top speed up a notch or two.
Go to the Seasonal Events.
Find the Sports Truck Challenge.
Go to the Nurburgring track.
Race and win.
The truck handles very well; almost too well, actually, and can handle Nur pretty easily. With the 200% login bonus it's easy to earn over 1,000,000 cr for roughly 8.5 minutes of driving.
Adding ballast lowers the PP. You can also power limit it more to lower it even more.
Anything 440 and below will pay over a mil. The lower the PP, the bigger the bonus.
It's a good way to learn the track & with practice you can run it with lower PP.
You can win fairly, even at 422PP, meaning that taking shortcuts through the grass, playing bumper cars with the other drivers to run them off the road, etc. is not necessary to win, just decent driving is. You may have to block the rabbit from passing you on the long straight depending on when you passed him and how much of a lead you have.
It's not necessary to brake going up the hills at the end of the long straight until the turn at the end, so it'll give you an advantage over the rabbit, as he will brake there. Give it a try. It's the one that I've found to be the easiest to repeat and is not based upon which cars you're against, or reliant on driving at your absolute best to get the win. It's not as simple as an oval track race, but it pays off well, quickly, for driving decently.
