I actually found Like the Wind to be fast for this, I got 2 tickets in 2 days.. but I had to race it like 200 times D: which I guess makes sense... 100 races per ticket.. I got really crappy cars for it though, you're almost better off b-day glitching it creating multiple e-mails, then sending the b-day tickets (don't cash them in on the glitcher account because if you get the car you want, you will not be able to trade the ones over 1 mil creds now)
