I would start with the differential first. I've never actually driven this car in the snow, but I'd imagine the rear would be swinging all over the place. So I would start with a medium-strong initial setting, and experiment with the accel and decel. When you're braking and accelerating, notice if the car feels stable, or if it's swinging all over the place.

Strengthen/weaken accel & decel, see how it affects the car. Once you've got your LSD set the way you want, move on to suspension. Like I said, I've never driven this car in snow, so I can't even fathom where to start with suspension!
