Element Drifting.

It is possible, I've done it. I wasn't able to do a full course with it, but it liked some corners.
 
You could check here, although it doesn't seem anyone has gotten too far with it.
 
Well if GT4 is a Sim game then it should be able to do what these pictures show :p

Pst, T, we might see my attempt at an Element drift tune in our garage soon. Of course, that'd be after The other two cars I need to type down.

Me too. :D This girl i used to see had a black & grey ELement...it had AWD. I think she wrecked it, though. :(

I guess its possible if awd/fwd drifting is your thing (I never checked to see what the drivetrain actually was).

But that element is a 500hp beast and is heavely modified. It was a passion project for the guys at honda rnd team in ohio. Read more here
 
You can't probably mod the Element in GT4 to have quite a bit of horsepower.
