Email Help

When I receive emails for PMs etc., they go into my spam folder. Does anyone know how to stop that, or (to Jordan) is it just my email provider.

Unfortunately, no, this is a major problem that affects many of GTPlanet's users (and consumes most of my time in regards to support requests), but there is little that I can do.

If your email service has a way to flag a message as "Not Spam", please be sure to click that. Most modern spam filters will use these reports to help it "learn" to direct these messages to your Inbox.

You might be able to add the domains GTP is using to your whitelist.

Doesn't happen with me and I use my school's e-mail address. My school has a super sensitive firewall too.
