Funny when it first comes out, rapping about current celebreties and events. . . but wears out very fast.
I love his cd's when they are first released, but now I am so sick of everything he has ever done that the very mention of his name makes almost makes me hurl.
Probably making no sense here.
But I can't wait for his next album. 👍

I don't really like him all that much. And if you go to were he grew up in Detroit it wasn't that bad. I have to go down to 8 mile road all the time and it's no ghetto.
But theres just something about a white guy rapping.
I like his music, it works sort of like an outlet for me on some occassions. His attitude and crap I don't really have a problem with either, the guy had tougher life than the average person.
Maybe it was his 'saying what's on his mind' routine that sparked interest in me in the first place, it was somewhat new at the time. And even people who hate him can't ignore his lyrical skills.
I'll second what Rumple said though, his music is quite appealing at the time of the release, but it doesn't have any long term life.
All in all I have no reason to hate him.

Screw Eminem. He's a no talent hack who claims he's done what he hasn't, and it shows in his music. He's about as gangster as pink flowers and bunny rabbits.

Personally, I don't find entertainment by listening to someone ranting about how much their life sucks, while interjecting a couple (dozen) cuss words. Think about it – Aren't some of the most annoying people that you know the type who just talk about themselves and how much their life sucks or used to suck? Does nobody make that connection with Eminem? I realize he sings (erm, well, I'd be hard-pressed to call it singing) about other things, but that's mostly the basis of his music. He's a whiney kid who wants pity and attention, with a pretentious attitude added in for the heck of it. Bleck.

I like him and his music, i find his songs very funny, I listen to his older stuff more, i think that is better than his latest cd, D12 is good i love bizzare.
I chose the i hate him option. Now normally i dont care what lyrics say and I dont think that they matter all that much. But in his case i have to completely object to them. That one song where he says "I never meant to give you mushrooms" is completely appalling(sp?) to me. Now like I said I dont normally have a problem with songs about drugs/sex/etc but this song is just wrong. My two cents.
PS: I guess im not really up on all this slang but what exactly does "teh suck" mean and why is THE spelled wrong?
