Im about to start my first endurance race and am wondering what would be a good car to handle the first race with. I was thinking about using the Skyline GTR SpecV for the race.
I'd say, if it's fast enough and you like driving it, use it.
What I mean is, I hate driving the Veyron because of it's understeer, but it's fast enough to win. So I'd rather use a fun car to drive even if it's slower.
Yeah im thinking that or something like a supra, nothing too crazy though. Mind you this is my first one so I lack the experience for this kinda thing.
My total times between the Minolta and an RM Impreza WRX were only like four minutes apart. I had to pit every 10 or 11 laps in the Minolta, and like every 15-16 in the WRX.
I'd say just pick whatever is faster than the competition.
I used a 370Z, but it took me several tries. I did 10 laps about 3 times because it was too slow. Finally it was quick enough, I just got a supercharger, exhaust all intake parts, suspension, and it was fun, but not overly quick.
p.s I just unlocked the roadster 4 hour, just wondering if you have to do the whole race at once or can you save halfway through? Thanks
Formula Gran Turismo is way faster than anything else (excluding redbull X1). In Nurburgring 4 hour it does 31 laps compared to around 25 (I think) for the Minolta.
Uses less fuel per lap and tyres seem to last longer than the le mans type cars as well.
Thank you another person supporting the choice. Guys i blew the whole damn game out of the water. Ever race was a blow out. Now we have some legitimate races for fun and you guys are still blowing them out of the water. Thats why people are complaining there is not enough game content, cause for every race everyone is using the car that wins by a mile.
