That's about the 5th time I've heard that, and it's still funny as. The first four times I managed not to laugh, but for some reason, I laughed when I saw it that time...Originally posted by Professional

HAHAHA you're gonna laugh your ass off when you hear this.
That second noise - if you start it off quiet, then slowly turn the volume up until about halfway through, then slowly turn it down until the end, you'll get a noise that sounds like a real-life car.

anyone noticed how the zonda sounds nothing like it does in real life?

Nope. I live in Ashford, Kent not Maranello. The number of Zondas floating past are minimal.
Long unanswered GT3 question: Why do the 1969 Ford Gulf GT40 and the 1998 Panoz Esperante GTR sound exactly the same?
correct, the question is muteOriginally posted by DODGE the VIPER
Some cars have kind of the same kind of engine noise, i've noticed that before too Famine...i guess maybe they didn't have enough room to put in "each" individual engine sound...
at 900 plus mph they all sound the same..zoom zoomOriginally posted by z06

Could this be, that the cars both have a pumped 5 liter V8 engine. Running the same (more or less) non silenced exhaust ?...Long unanswered GT3 question: Why do the 1969 Ford Gulf GT40 and the 1998 Panoz Esperante GTR sound exactly the same?
Hmmm.. 5 liter (think the Panoz is 5.8) V8's, 2 valves pr. cylinder, not much different really.. So I think that they might very well sound very much the sameOriginally posted by DODGE the VIPER
But the Number of years between the Panoz and GT40 are quite a lot, wouldn't the engine technology make it slightly different?
