I signed in, but when GT5 tried to connect it says server error.

Maybe your doing it so quick the server doesn't' notice and just keeps you logged in. Try logging out, turning off console, reboot then log in. Give it time it might find a way to kick you out.

I will try mine again. It could be variable server connections while maintenance is processing.

Ok I've been sign out for 40 minutes.
I can still sign in.

I can't get the error code now as I cant even sign in. When I was signed in I got the code while in GT5 as it tried to connect me.
Now at the XMB at sign in it just say "playstation network is under maintenance".

Seems, very strange other people in UK have signed out and can sign back in again.

It might seem funny but it feels like my PS3 is the one working correctly in response to PSN maintenance, but those who can sign in something is wrong lol.

It is not down for me.

I think the start time must be wrong.

They don't usually start maintenance at a time when people get in from work and log on for a hour or two of gaming.

It normally starts in the middle of the night.

Clutching at straws here, I assure maintenance is on as some users can not access online.
But have you updated to firmware 3.7 today?
Or logged into the store downloaded demos etc.
I have done both those things today.

I got the 3.70 update yesterday morning.

Now today. Exited GT5

Tried the Playstation Store and that says it's under Maintenance.

Reloaded GT5. Access to online stuff still working.

I logged in for about a minute earlier and then got disconnected again. Very strange.
