3) 15 paints. Have all Mattes/Chromes/CS X15 minimum.
4) Any 15 Horns.
5) Any 15 Museum.

Elusive little so and so isn't it, it's the rarest car on that ticket I think. I spent hours ripping that ticket before it showed up I saw every car in every possible colour and usually multiple times before that one showed up. :lol:
