Evo vs. STi

Always like the STI more. Evo is sweet as hell, but something about that blue with gold rim STI just makes me like it more.

This whole thread is about opinions, slick. In fact, the word "opinion" is right there in the OP. My opinion just happens to be based on actual autocross experience. Subarus are generally accepted to be more understeer prone than Evos, even most Scooby guys I've talked to will concede this, and every Evo vs STi shootout I've read has come to the same conclusion.

Thats funny slick I autocross too and also have real world expereince.I get what all the magazines and big shots say. I understand what you may think. I just prefer have something else a little more raw

I counted them and there are 16 sti and 22 Evo. How do you know which one to buy???

What ever is faster i guess :/ but I'm sure there are alot more of both models than that. There are alot of sandard models of each, I have a rally version and I think another 1 or 2. I also have 2 STis (no, not sexually tranmited infections)

Well, I'm a Evo and STi guy for life, but if I have to choose between them, Scooby all the way!!!

I have a friend who has a '05 WRX STi and just listening to the engine is soothing to the ears. I'm looking for a WRX STi between '04-'07, preferred the GDB Type-III (06-07) A.K.A "hawk eye" or "ninja eyes", but I will take any STi.

If I had more $$$, I also would get the Evolution 8 or 9 GSR. I have loved both cars ever since GT1. But......

Why Impreza WRX STi?
