I literally just finished the new Deep Forest seasonal in a completely stock F40 on SH tires and loved it. After driving a stock RUF Yellowbird it was actually pretty easy!

(Getting in some practice for the hopefully upcoming RUF event :D)
The RUF event will be at some point but it depends on my uni timetable. Running a one car event is simple enough but a whole dealership full of cars with multiple classes. Well, that will be slightly more complicated to get right.

How i wish PD had actually listened to this when they made the Sauber C9 a premium car.

The layout in question is as close as possible to the original 'new' GP layout that was opened in 1984. Essentially the same as the modern F1 circuit but it deletes all the fiddly diddly 'stadium' section that is turns 2,3 & 4.
As for the sound, I couldn't agree with you more. We got ripped off. I remember when the Sauber's & Silk Cut Jags came out to race at my local track in late '88. Both cars sounded absolutely magnificent and I'm sure I wasn't the only one that could've used a change of underwear :embarrassed: Audible porn

Just used this car and the setup you posted for it... Got the Gold, The Credits, The Paint chips and the car in the recent seasonal events 10-22-2015. I did not have to change anything.. just grabbed the controller and hit the gas..

Thank you.. I'm feeling a bit better. On to Deep Forest seasonal event..

Just beat the seasonal race -Intermediate Level Race of Turbo sports 10-22-2015.. Wow what a car...No loss of control or power in the corners.. just enough to slide threw any turn.. the ai leader cars were both GT-R's.. Once I took the lead, they stayed very close to very end. Got the credits, The Gold, The car and paint chips. It is a very cool car. Thank you for the setup. I like the new look and style of this page. Long time fan. Have a great weekend Tc.

The expert event this time around proved to be quite fun.

I didn't want to be a lemming and go for the TS030 so i decided that the Lexus LF-LC GT VGT would be my weapon of chioce.

Boy oh boy was i right. That car handled like a dream around the track, especially in the wet stuff.

By the end of the race i had a good 40sec+ lead..

(Yes @shaunm80 i used your tune, just a power decrease)

Solid tune!

Thanks for mentioning this car LordJCS. It is indeed awesome around this track. :)👍

No worries mate. I just wanted to let you guys in on the fun.

Two other cars that works like a treat are the LM55 VGT I mentioned in a post way back in this thread, I believe it to be tuned by demonchilde. Sadly I don't think he's a member here anymore (couldn't find him when trying to tag him) the tune should still be available tho.

Then there's the matter of German engineering. Vorsprung durch technic. Audi R18 prototype. Set that puppy to 600pp and it absolutely eats the opposition up and leaves you thoroughly entertained.

Now I'm going to try out the R35 GT-R touring car just because I can.

Well, that is as gooder reason as any to do anything :)

I think ROS is lucky VET didn't get one more lap. You see Kimi wiggle his car off the wall to get going again. That was great. So was ROS throwing his hat back at HAM.
They have said in the past that America doesn't get F1. Well, they certainly got it this week. It had everything! Great race indeed. I loved how Rosberg was not celebrating on the podium and wouldn't even join in the with the champagne throwing. Me thinks he was not happy...

Also, Jenson Button, 6th place.. Go Button! In a car that has been bad all season. What a race he had too.

Shaun, Thanks for the Great Zytek (Greaves) Tune. I just won the expert seasonal (Eifel) on first try with it. Detuned to 600pp, Intermediate tires all the way. Pitting at the end of Lap 5 gave me a win by 11.5 seconds. A very stable car. I will use it more often now.
Thats very good. I haven't come close to winning this race yet. Used my best tunes but that track and its penalties and AI are not a great combo for me. I don't have the time to put in to it yet either but I have a month to crack it so hopefully I will get it finished, before the next seasonal races come around.

I have just tuned one car with three different tunes on it. I have another 4 cars left in my garage to tune but the only problem is time, or lack off, right now. I will spend an hour or two when possible and hopefully get tunes out ASAP.

If you are looking for cars to buy in anticipation, i would suggest buying the following.

Toyota FT-86II concept '11 (Already tuned)
Minolta Toyota 88C-V '89
Bentley Speed 8 '03
Nissan R390 GT1 '98

As you can see, a mixed bag of tunes to come. I want to make the three racing cars as good as I can before I publish though as they should be unbeatable in races once tuned right.
