exhausts

I've noticed that many of my cars sound the same. I think it is because I put a titanium racing exhaust on pretty much all the car. Does keeping the exhaust stock or using a lesser power exhaust give a different sound?

Yup. Each of the three make a different sound. Not sure if it has any effect on standards though. Maybe slightly. I don't know.

Turn your volume right up, grab a V8, buy every exhaust, drive them on the view from behind the car, swap exhausts, drive again.

Do you hear a difference? I do this when the wife is out. Awesome fun to listen to the big roar.

I found that the sport exhaust has a meatier sound (similar to the Flowmaster 40 series).
On my older big block muscle cars that's all I will put on them, I'll give up a few horsepower for that beautiful rumble.

I find on Merc's that the standard exhausts sound best, same with a lot of muscle ones; the Titanium ones make them sound like hairdriers.
