Is this true? If so... GAH!

They are not going to charge you, regardless of how many of your friends who got hacked or are just stupid reposted some spam junk message.

Facebook is coming out with a movies section where you can actually use the site to watch movies. It is going into Netflix and Hulu plus territory only it's all connected to Facebook which gives you the community aspect. It is $9.99 a month for this special service, but that's only if you wanna watch movies if you don't obviously don't sign up and everything will still be free and the same for you.

While they are having Netflix integration, I have no read they will be charging specifically for it. Obviously you'll still have to pay your NetFlix subscription but that's completely separate.
