I just bought GT 6 and i get all the updates done but once i start the game it sais " preperation for game installment and that finishes and then it starts the installment but then it fails 5 seconds into the installment

i have about 320gb and no it doesnt show any error message i rebuilt my database and deleted updates 3 times and it still doesnt work any idea how to fix it?
