Fame Points Carried Over ?

Much like in GT5 (and any other level based game) once you reach the level cap, that's pretty much it. This applies to pretty much any game I've plaid in my life. Borderlands, Final Fantasy, and many other MMORPG.
Also remember the credit limit in GT5? pretty much the same thing.
Eventually though, big games tend to have an update 2/3 of the cycle which increases the level cap. This however does not mean you get to transfer your EXP. Once you've reach the level cap, you no longer earn EXP. But once the level cap is increased, any EXP you earn from there one will count towards. This, of course, assume the new level cap comes as a free update. Otherwise you're back to square one.
